| Social mentality is the inner spiritual force of the development of times and the modernization of social governance.It plays an important role in the social governance of public emergencies.With the development of social media,the change of social mentality is becoming more and more complex,and the evolution of social mentality has received more attention.Understanding the changing trend of social mentality at the micro level and excavating the evolution law of social mentality are the issues that need to be paid attention to in the academic field.By exploring the evolution law of social mentality in public emergencies and putting forward targeted strategies according to the evolution law,it can provide references and suggestions for social governance of public emergencies in China.This study takes the social mentality in public emergencies as the research object.Firstly,relevant concepts and theories are sorted out,and the correlation mechanism between emotion and social mentality is built from them,so as to determine the research angle of studying online social mentality from the perspective of emotion.The process is mainly divided into three parts: data collection and processing,topic mining and sentiment analysis.In the data collection and processing part,the selected events were determined,and Spyder was used to capture the event data,then the data was divided into four stages according to the life cycle.Finally,the original data were cleaned.The LDA model is used in the topic mining part to output the optimal number of topic clusters and the top 30 keywords under each cluster.In the emotion analysis part,Bayes classifier is used to mark emotion words,identify the frequency and proportion of three kinds of emotion,and analyze the evolution of overall emotion tendency and emotion at different stages respectively.Through the analysis of theory and data,the correlation between emotion and social mentality is further verified.The results show that the comparative behavior of online users promotes the aggregation and extension of the theme of social opinion,and the theme and emotion are relatively consistent with each other.The theme and emotion of public opinion fluctuated regularly in different development stages of the event.Combined with the theme of social opinion and the changes of emotions that reflect the social mentality,it can be found that the initial stage of public emergencies usually presents a higher sense of social problems and a lower sense of social security.The treatment method affects the level of fairness,satisfaction and trust,and the treatment effect will continue in the "aftereffect period".Thus,the social psychological adjustment strategies based on the emotional perspective in public emergencies are drawn: 1)by setting an example and activating empathy in an event,positive emotions and social consensus are reinforced;2)the handling of public opinion needs to be classified and segmented,appropriately handled,and committed to rebuilding and restoring the public trust;3)divide the focus of public opinion,avoid the polarization of sentiment,and establish the normal supervision of the online social mentality;4)improve the model and coordinate in multiple ways,so as to form integrated governance featuring multiple actors and measures. |
