| The Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening and Improving the Teaching and Research Work of Basic Education in the New Era(2019)put forward the requirements for the transformation to the "four services" for the teaching and research work,and the release of the2022 version of the compulsory education curriculum plan also put forward high-quality requirements for physical education teaching and research activities.However,based on the survey of Ganzhou City,physical education teachers pay insufficient attention to the theme,goal,process and radiation of teaching and research activities,and only 56.9% of physical education teachers attach great importance to the achievement of the goal of teaching and research activities.The existing literature mainly focuses on the way of teaching and research work,while teachers pay insufficient attention as "learners" to the effectiveness of sports teaching and research activities.The neglect of the effect of physical education teaching and research activities is easy to lead to the deficiency of teaching and research practice,unable to better promote the continuous improvement of physical education teaching and research activities.Therefore,this research is based on the idea of teaching and research serving the professional growth of teachers,under the framework of cartel vocational education goal classification,combined with the professional characteristics of physical education teachers,teachers should conduct self-evaluation of the effectiveness of physical education teaching and research activities in Jiangxi Province from three dimensions of "should be","should know" and "should be".Through the comprehensive application of literature sorting,questionnaire survey,structural interview,description statistics,analysis of variance and logical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The effectiveness of sports teaching and research activities on the moral quality(A1.1),cultural knowledge(B4.1),and teaching implementation ability(C3.4)of sports teachers needs to be further strengthened;(2)The average "should be" performance of physical education teachers in urban areas,male,primary and secondary schools,and vocational schools is higher than that of other physical education teachers;The average effectiveness of "should know" among urban,male,and primary and secondary school teachers is higher than that of other physical education teachers;The average performance of physical education teachers in urban areas,male,primary and secondary school senior high school,and junior high school education is higher than that of other physical education teachers;(3)There are significant differences in the effectiveness improvement of physical education teachers in different regions,except for A3.5;There are significant differences in the effectiveness improvement of physical education teachers of different genders in A1.1,A2.1,A3.5,and A4.1;There is no significant difference in the effectiveness of physical education research activities among physical education teachers with different teaching years and professional titles;There are significant differences in the effectiveness improvement of A3.4 among physical education teachers with different educational backgrounds;(4)There is no significant difference in the effectiveness of cultural knowledge among physical education teachers in different regions;There are significant differences in the effectiveness of ontological and conditional knowledge among physical education teachers of different genders;There is no significant difference in the effectiveness of "should know" among physical education teachers with different teaching years,professional titles,and educational backgrounds;(5)There are significant differences in the effectiveness of curriculum comprehension ability(C2.2,C2.3,C2.6),teaching implementation ability(C3.5,C3.6,C3.9),extracurricular execution ability(C5.1),and learning reflection ability(C6.1)among physical education teachers in different regions;There are significant differences in the effectiveness of other "should know" skills among physical education teachers of different genders,except for their curriculum comprehension ability(C2.1,C2.2,C2.3,C2.4)and teaching implementation ability(C3.3,C3.7);There is no significant difference in the effectiveness of "should know" among physical education teachers of different teaching years;There are significant differences in the effectiveness of physical education teachers with different professional titles in terms of sports ability(C1.1)and teaching implementation ability(C3.10);There are significant differences in the effectiveness of physical education teachers with different educational backgrounds in terms of sports ability(C1.1),curriculum comprehension ability(C2.1,C2.3,C2.6,C2.8),teaching implementation ability(C3.7,C3.8,C3.10),and extracurricular execution ability(C5.1);(6)Factors such as physical education teachers themselves,teaching and research groups themselves,leaders,physical education teaching and research activities themselves,external support and institutional systems will have an impact on the effectiveness of physical education teaching and research activities.For the study conclusion,the following optimization suggestions are proposed:(1)In the teaching and research activities,consciously pay attention to the quality of the teaching and research activities of the township physical education teachers;(2)Pay attention to the cultivation of physical education teachers’ moral quality,cultural knowledge and educational information technology ability;(3)Build a curriculum system of physical education teaching and research activities,focusing on the objectives and content of physical education teaching and research activities. |
