Research On The Risk Prevention Of Teaching Activity Of Nine-Year Compulsory Education PE Teachers

For young people in compulsory education,physical education can not only enhance their physical fitness and health,acquire motor skills,but also develop good habits and life-long sports awareness.However,due to the particularity and risk of PE teaching activities and the physical and psychological characteristics of adolescents during compulsory education,the risk prevention of PE teaching activities is put on the agenda.In the field of PE teaching risk prevention,the role and value of physical education teachers play a decisive role.Physical education teachers possess some risk prevention ability,which not only can speed up the solution of PE risks in schools,but also further promote the healthy development of physical education in schools in our country.Seen in this light,PE teacher teaching activities to prevent the risk of this issue should arouse the attention and attention of academics.Based on the theoretical knowledge and practical methods of modern risk management,this research explores the issues related to the PE teacher's teaching activities risk through literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods.This study,from the perspective of physical education teachers,uses it as the number one manager of risk in physical education activities to analyze the basic process and specific steps of risk prevention one by one to provide valuable suggestions and constructive solutions for the risk prevention of physical education activities.The study investigated 264 physical education teachers by interviewing more than one expert and making and issuing questionnaires.At the same time,using the method of list sorting and five-grade scoring,the author conducted mathematical statistics to find out the cognitive status of physical education teachers for PE teachers And assess the results,and then put forward preventive and countermeasures.research shows:1.With the theoretical knowledge and practice of risk management,the research of school PE risk management in our country is gradually carried out,and some achievements have been obtained.To a certain extent,it has formed a theoretical system of management and operation mode that is stable but not yet mature.Conducting "PE teacher teaching activities risk prevention" research is based on the school PE risk management system based on the development and play a leading role around the physical education teachers,the Institute of risk prevention will be carried out along the risk management steps,But highlights the value orientation and practical significance of "prevention".2.The basic process of PE teacher's teaching activity risk management includes five steps:background of risk management,risk analysis and identification,risk assessment,risk prevention and response,monitoring and inspection.3.Physical education teachers' teaching activities Risk events include:(1)student risk(physical,psychological and social adaptation);(2)teacher risk(physical,mental and social adaptation);(3)school risk(management,teaching,reputation);(4)family risk(material and spiritual);(5)social risk(school image,home-school relationship,educational philosophy)5 types.4.Compile "9-year compulsory education physical education teacher risk prevention questionnaire" as a tool to identify and assess the risk of physical education activities,a total of 16 risk items and 22 risk factors,and according to the assessment results will be divided into high-risk,Medium-risk,low-risk three different levels of danger.At the same time,analyzing and assessing the results of different types of PE teachers(different grades,teaching age,gender,whether they have learning and training experiences or harming experiences)will be helpful for a clearer understanding and understanding of nine-year compulsory education sports The overall status and internal linkage of teacher instructional activity risk identification and assessment.5.Physical education activities Project risk prevention and response measures include:(1)embarked on safety protection and sports risk knowledge education;(2)the importance and effective practice of preparation activities;(3)physical fitness and overall improvement of physical fitness in parallel;(4)Reasonable arrangements for the contents of physical education activities and exercise load;(5)Intensification and improvement of technical exercises and training;(6)Strengthening of medical supervision and strict requirements of sports equipment and protective gear;(7)Cultivation of students' healthy exercise and living habits.Prevention and response to risk causes are divided into:student risk causes,teacher risk causes,school risk causes,causes of family risk,social risk-based prevention and response;and through the purchase of insurance to transfer the risk.
