| The evaluation of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies is the effect feedback along with the implementation of ordinary high school labor education.According to the evaluation of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies,we can comprehensively grasp the situation of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies,objectively test the teaching effect of ordinary high school’s labor education,and comprehensively promote the improvement of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies and the improvement of ordinary high school’s labor education teaching.The evaluation of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies mainly focuses on evaluating their labor concepts,labor abilities,labor habits and labor spirits in a comprehensive and objective way.When constructing the evaluation index system of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies,we should pay more attention to their personal participation and professional experience,so as to provide a good foundation for the future development of ordinary high school students.This paper is mainly committed to building an evaluation index system of ordinary high school student’s labor competencies and the key part is to study the composition of the evaluation index and the corresponding weight.First of all,through the analysis of relevant policy documents and literature,under the guidance of theory,the paper clarifies the content of the evaluation of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies,initially drafts the composition of the evaluation index of their labor competencies,then,experts will be invited to participate in two rounds of consultation to determines the composition of the evaluation index,which will be scored to obtain the weight distribution of the evaluation index,Finally,we gets a complete set of evaluation index system for ordinary high school students’ labor competencies.The methods involved in this paper mainly include literature research,expert consultation and questionnaire survey.According to the process of "preliminary proposed index--two rounds of expert consultation--weight distribution",a rational and operational evaluation index system of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies is formed.In this paper,ordinary high school students’ labor is divided into four categories:daily life labor,production labor,service labor and professional experience labor.The evaluation index system of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies is composed of 4 first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes,and 34 third-level indexes.In terms of the specific application of the evaluation index system,according to the characteristics of the evaluation of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies,this research takes the students themselves,classmates,parents or community workers and teachers as the evaluation subjects.Three kinds of concrete evaluation methods are designed for reference: the test paper of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies,the list of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies and the report of the evaluation of ordinary high school students’ labor competencies.In addition,572 students from an ordinary high school in Jiangxi Province were selected to explore the validity of the labor literacy test paper of ordinary high school students. |
