With the development of globalization and the acceleration of open and reformprocess, labor relations changed a lot not only in its form, but also in its content andsubject these years. It's present to be more complicated. Although our government hasannounced a series of laws and policies to improve enterprise labor relations andobtained the certain result, the situation of labor tension and disputes is not changed atall. Severe labor conflicts will not only cause adverse effect to the enterprises andworkers, but also affect national economic growth and social stability. So? It'simportant to revise the original evaluation system and establish the new one which ismore scientific, reasonable and applicable.First, the article started with the literature review of labor relations at home andabroad, put emphasis on the change of labor relations and study angle innovationwhich have important reference meanings to our research in the transition period.Based on this, the paper expounds on the theory of enterprise labor relations evaluationand probes into the characteristics, influence factors and the classification of theenterprise labor relations evaluation methods.And then, according to the principle of consistency and continuity, we revise theoriginal evaluation system by EFA and CFA, including the principle and method ofrevision, questionnaire design and data collection, establishment of index system andverification and the determination of the weight.At last, we implemented an empirical study of the evaluation index system in nineenterprises which belong to different industries, different kinds and different sizes.First, we obtained the data by questionnaire investigation and fact finding, and then weused the mathematical analysis method combined with the evaluation index system tocomputed the evaluation results rapidly and accurately. The result accurately showedthe facts of these enterprises. So, we believe that the new evaluation index system ismore scientific, rational and capable.
