Study On The Mode And Path Of Talent Joint Training Of Master Of Journalism And Communication (MJC)

The Master of Journalism and Communication(MJC),was proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee in 2013 to adapt to the growing demand for senior talent in the news industry.Cultivate high-level and application-oriented professional talents with both virtue and ability,broad vision,excellent comprehensive quality,and parallel theory and practice.Students majoring in journalism and communication are the mainstay of the news industry in the future.The training mode of colleges and universities has a profound impact on the comprehensive quality of students and the trend and prospect of the news media industry.The development of the news team is of great benefit to the news industry,academia and even the whole country and society.The sound development of school education ecology,the good atmosphere of the news media industry and the depth of students’ internship experience all play a crucial role.This paper takes the master of journalism and communication as the research object,combines the theoretical knowledge of journalism,communication,sociology,pedagogy and other disciplines,explores the path to promote the reform of the training mode of the master of journalism and communication,summarizes and puts forward the effective ideas of the joint training mechanism construction of the master of journalism and communication: Improve the opportunities and frequency range of foreign exchanges and cooperation,and promote the construction and perfection of industry-university-research integrated base.The foreign exchange and cooperation covers four modes: cooperation with other colleges and schools,cooperation with media and enterprises,cooperation with provincial and municipal publicity departments,and cooperation with foreign universities.The construction of internal base includes teaching setting,practical exploration,management platform and other dimensions,and needs to be guaranteed in the construction mode,standard system,training process and other conditions.Through the guidance committee,communication forum,evaluation system and other ways to extend and optimize,help the industry,university and research mutual benefit,to achieve the goal of high-quality joint training of journalism and communication masters.With the joint training mode and base construction as the link,and the industry-university-research collaborative innovation mechanism as the incentive,we can hope to give full play to the respective advantages of the college,media and enterprises,and build a mutually beneficial resource sharing mechanism and cooperation platform integrating the diversity of talent training,scientific research,achievement transformation,social service and cultural communication.
