A Comparative Research On The Reform Of Journalism And Communication Graduation Education Under The Background Of Media Convergence

The wide application of digital technology and the rapid development of Internet,mobile phones and other new media have changed the information transition oftraditional media, media convergence has become the main distinct characteristics ofcurrent media ecology, and both the journalism industry and education are trying toadapt to this trend in the worldwide.Education provides talent guarantee for news agency and journalistic activities, andit’s also the “upstream process” of the news and media. As the first country whichdeveloped journalism education, how American conducting the revolution ofpostgraduate education idea and training mode in the background of media convergencenow, in order to adjust to the changing trend?
