| The explosive power is an important factor affecting the performance of the long jumper.There are many training methods to improve the explosive power of athletes.When the technical movements of the long jumper reach a certain level,it is necessary to find training methods suitable for the special characteristics so as to improve performance.Variable resistance training uses a combination of elastic bands and constant resistance.The resistance changes depending on the range of motion,providing progressive resistance compensation acceleration,so that athletes can exert more strength.This experiment applies variable resistance training to long jump training,the purpose is to explore the influence of variable resistance training on the explosive power of college students long jump athletes,and provides a new idea and theoretical reference for the choice of long jump training methods in the future.In this paper,literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics were used as research methods.Sixteen long jump athletes(8 boys and 8 girls)from physical education major of Inner Mongolia Normal University were randomly divided into 2 groups(4boys and 4 girls in each group)as experimental objects.After an 8-week experimental intervention,By using spss26.0 software to make a statistical analysis of the explosive power test indexes affecting college students’ long jumpers,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Variable resistance training can effectively improve the explosion-related indicators of college athletes:30 meter timed run,60 meter timed run,standing long jump,back throw of 2 kg solid ball,6-step short run five-stage jump,squat 1RM,bench press 1RM,hard pull 1RM,long jump.Although constant resistance training can also improve these indexes,the improvement between the two training groups was larger than that of the experimental group,which confirmed the better effect of variable resistance training.(2)Both variable resistance training and constant resistance training can improve the various indicators affecting the explosive power of college long jumpers.After the experiment,there are significant differences in the results of the two groups,but the effect of variable resistance training is better than that of constant resistance training,and the improvement range is larger. |
