The long jump is a fast power sport dominated by physical fitness,requires high-intensity explosive force,and has a unilateral force action mode.The run-up speed and take-off strength of long jumpers are the main factors that affect athletic performance,while the explosive power of lower limbs is the basis of the run-up speed and take-off strength.Complex training is a training method that can effectively enhance explosive power,and at the same time,unilateral training is in line with the special characteristics of long jumpers.This article will compare the effects of unilateral and bilateral complex training on the explosive power of the lower limbs of long jumpers to explore the implementation value of unilateral complex training in long jump events.Using the method of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper takes 8 men’s long jumpers at the national second level and above from the track and field long jump team of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as the experimental objects.Eight athletes were randomly divided into experimental group(unilateral complex training)and control group(bilateral complex training),with 4 people in each group,for 8 weeks of unilateral and bilateral complex training intervention.Statistical analysis was carried out on the test data reflecting the lower extremity explosive power index of the subjects before and after the experiment,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Bilateral complex training is more efficient in improving standing long jump performance,and unilateral complex training is an effective means to effectively improve the 6-step run-up and take-off leg level 5 single-leg jump and the 30-meter performance.Both training methods have a significant improvement in the long jump performance,but there is no statistically significant difference between the two training methods.(2)Single and bilateral complex training are both training methods that can effectively improve the CMJ test indicators of both legs and take-off legs.In the indicators of the bilateral CMJ test,there is no statistically significant difference in the improvement rate between the two,but the numerical value reflects that the bilateral complex training group has a better improvement effect than the unilateral complex training;in the take-off leg CMJ test The indicators reflect that unilateral complex training is more effective than bilateral complex training.(3)Both unilateral and bilateral complex training can effectively improve the explosive power level of lower limbs,but the focus of the two is different.The unilateral complex training is suitable for improving the sports performance of the force-generating movements with the same single-leg support in an unstable state,and the bilateral complex training is more suitable for the overall development of the coordinated force of the muscles. |
