| Homework evaluation refers to the evaluation subject’s value judgment on the process and result of students’ homework completion in order to promote students’ development.Primary school math homework evaluation has an important impact on finding teaching problems,carrying out academic exchanges,promoting teachers’ development,improving teachers’ ability,and promoting students’ comprehensive quality.It also plays a great role in the implementation of the "double reduction" policy.In this study,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and works analysis method are adopted.Taking X Primary School in Tongliao City as an example,31 mathematics teachers and 311 students in grades 5 to 6 are selected as the research objects.It is found that the problems existing in the evaluation of mathematics homework in the upper grades of this primary school are as follows: the evaluation standards of mathematics homework are not clear;The main body of mathematics homework evaluation lacks comprehensiveness and students participate less;Mathematics homework evaluation content attaches importance to knowledge,light ability and emotion;Lack of diversity in mathematics homework evaluation;Math homework comments are too simple,lack of pertinence and so on.Through the analysis,the author thinks that the reasons of the above problems are: the foundation of teacher evaluation concept is weak;Lack of professional competence of teachers;Students’ willingness to participate in homework evaluation is not high;Lack of school evaluation training guidance;The school’s requirements for homework evaluation are not perfect;Insufficient external support,lack of evaluation mechanism and so on.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some improvement strategies for the mathematics homework evaluation in the background of "double minus" : to improve teachers’ and students’ understanding of the concept of homework evaluation;Teachers make clear evaluation objectives and establish effective evaluation standards;Encourage students to participate in the evaluation to achieve multiple evaluation subjects;Teachers filter evaluation content and broaden evaluation focus;Pay attention to the various suitability of operation evaluation methods;Learning gives teachers more opportunities to evaluate learning and training;Adhere to the people-oriented,perfect the school evaluation model. |
