| The Chinese Homework is the business card of school education,which reflects teachers’educational ideas and professional abilities.Based on the current problems of students’excessive schoolwork burden and off-campus training burden,which destroy the current situation of educational ecology,the state has issued a "double reduction" policy.Among them,in the students’ schoolwork burden,the main performance is the problem of students’ homework overload,and the solution to the problem of homework reduction and quality improvement mainly focuses on the optimization of homework design.Therefore,how to improve teachers’ ability to optimize homework design is an urgent problem to be solved and considered.In this study,questionnaire survey and homework analysis were used to randomly select three public primary schools in Saihan District,Hohhot,Inner Mongolia for sampling survey,mainly from teachers’perception of the value of homework,how teachers design homework and how to correct homework.Through the investigation,we find that the problems existing in the current primary school Chinese advanced homework design are mainly manifested in the unclear grasp of homework target positioning,The content of homework is single,the assignment is random,the form of homework is single,the amount of homework lacks independent choice,the way of homework evaluation is single,and the resources of homework lack integration.In view of the problems existing in the design of Chinese homework in primary schools,this paper mainly analyzes them from three aspects:teachers,students and schools.One is that teachers have insufficient understanding of the function of homework,the other is that teachers’ability to design homework needs to be improved,the third is that the implementation of school homework management system is not in place,and the fourth is that students’value orientation of homework is utilitarian.On this basis,the main reference for teachers and homework management departments.First of all,teachers should clarify the functional orientation of homework,distinguish the types of homework,enrich the forms of homework,choose the amount of homework independently,adopt multiple evaluation and expand the resources of homework.Secondly,schools should improve the management system of homework and improve the assessment system of teachers’homework.Furthermore,normal colleges and universities should attach importance to the cultivation of normal students’ homework design ability.Finally,the competent department of teacher education should attach importance to the induction training and guidance of prospective teachers.Therefore,under the background of the full implementation of the"double reduction" policy in our country,it is very necessary for us to take the optimization design of primary school Chinese homework as a key link in the field of basic education research,and it is urgent to design scientific,reasonable and standardized high-quality homework. |
