In July 2021,the "double reduction" policy was officially implemented.The policy specifies the duration and total amount of homework,reduces students’ homework burden and optimizes homework design,which puts forward new requirements for homework and homework design.Chinese homework,as an extension of classroom teaching,can cultivate students’ ability in many aspects,and homework design is an indispensable link in the process of education and teaching.How to design in line with the requirements of the "double reduction" policy,in line with the characteristics of the physical and mental development of primary school students,but also to help improve the quality and efficiency of Chinese teaching,primary school Chinese in the low level of unwritten homework design is facing new challenges,is also placed in front of teachers a new topic.In this paper,under the implementation of the concept of moral cultivation,student-oriented,core quality oriented,in order to further clarify the value of homework design for primary school students’ Chinese learning,according to the new curriculum standards and the characteristics of the Chinese subject,combined with the knowledge level of low-grade students,physical and mental development level and relevant education theory,through text analysis and interview method,To explore the problems existing in homework design and find out the reasons,try to explore a feasible example of homework design for primary school Chinese low-grade,effectively reduce the homework burden for primary school students,and provide help for teachers of low-grade primary school homework design.This paper mainly consists of the following five parts.The first part is introduction.It mainly includes the reasons for the topic selection,research significance,literature review,research methods and research ideas.In the second part,the core concepts of homework and homework design are defined,and the value of homework design is demonstrated,that is,to strengthen students’ knowledge and understanding,cultivate students’ knowledge transfer and comprehensive application ability,and improve students’ Chinese learning ability.Give full play to the education function of Chinese homework,make students develop good learning habits,so as to promote the improvement of students’ comprehensive Chinese quality;Through the design and implementation of homework,improve students’ language ability,develop students’ thinking quality and enrich students’ aesthetic taste.The third part,taking the first-grade Chinese teachers as the survey object,comprehensively using the text analysis method and interview method to carry out the investigation and research,analyze the problems existing in the homework design of the current junior grade in primary school,and provide practical basis for the homework design of the junior grade in primary school.Text analysis is used to understand the current situation of homework design for teachers in low grades in primary schools,and to judge whether the Chinese homework designed by teachers implements the requirements of "double reduction" policy and whether it conforms to the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development.Interview method is used to understand the understanding and attitude of front-line teachers on homework and homework design in detail,and to explore the existing problems and causes of homework design in low-paragraph Chinese.The fourth part,based on the Chinese curriculum standard of compulsory education and the unified edition textbooks,puts forward the principle of homework design and analysis of its structural elements.For the primary school Chinese homework design,in accordance with the comprehensive,scientific,personalized,development,interesting,stratification and flexibility of seven principles;From the specific elements of elementary school Chinese homework design,including the design of objective,content,time,quantity,difficulty and type,carefully investigate the specific situation of elementary school Chinese homework,so as to systematically carry out the corresponding research work.The fifth part,according to the theoretical elements of the elementary school Chinese low-stage homework design conception,presents a specific example of the unified version of elementary school Chinese low-stage homework design,which provides a reference for the development of elementary school Chinese low-stage homework design in a more systematic and comprehensive way.
