| Since 2020,the state has made major arrangements for the work of labor education in the new era,and has also put forward requirements for the professional development of primary school labor education teachers.Therefore,in order to clarify the competencies required for primary school labor education teachers to achieve professional development,this study constructs a competency model of primary labor education teachers.Firstly,through the literature research method,the three policy documents of "Professional Standards for Primary School Teachers","Labor Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education" and "Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Secondary and Primary Schools(Trial)",as well as the literature on primary school teachers’ competence and labor education teachers’ literacy,were analyzed,and the elements of primary school labor education teachers’ competence were preliminarily sorted out.Secondly,according to the dictionary of basic competency characteristics developed by the Hay Group team,the behavioral event interview method was used to interview five primary school labor education teachers in the studio,and then the interview paper was coded and analyzed to further enrich and improve the competency elements of primary labor education teachers.Thirdly,all the competency elements extracted were combined,and on this basis,the "Primary Labor Education Teachers’ Competency Reduction Table" was compiled,and the competency elements were screened by the questionnaire method,and the final competency elements obtained constituted a set of competency elements for primary labor education teachers.Finally,based on the onion model of competency,a competency model for primary school labor education teachers including professional knowledge,work skills,self-cognition,attitude quality and personality motivation is constructed,and the connotation of the model is analyzed.On the basis of the already constructed model,the questionnaire "Self-Test of Competence of Primary School Labor Education Teachers" was compiled and distributed,and the model of primary labor education teachers’ competence was verified.After analyzing the results of the questionnaire,it is shown that the model has good reliability,validity and feasibility.Finally,several suggestions are provided for the future application of the model. |
