Since the reform and opening up,with the reform of China’s market economic system,the labor relationship between workers and employers has become a very important social relationship.Different from the labor relations under malaise-fairer economy in western capitalist countries,the labor relations in China have the obvious adjustment color of socialist system.Labor relations in China are determined by production technical conditions and present different characteristics in different stages.Since the 21 st century,information and communication technology(ICT)has given birth to many digital production equipment and the production relations of the "digital economy",which has profoundly changed the labor process and the labor relations generated in the labor process.Especially in recent years with the rise of intelligent technology and the digital economy,some cutting-edge production technology department in the "code farmers" group,the phenomenon such as "996" project,cause social attention,overall harmonious labor relations in China under the appearance of some contradictions become can’t avoid some problems needed to be further research and,only the Marxism theory combined with contemporary Chinese reality,Only then can we draw scientific conclusions and formulate targeted countermeasures to improve labor relations.The socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics constructs a set of socialist adjustment mode of labor relations and guarantees the overall harmony of labor relations through implementing labor protection laws and regulations with the principle of preferential protection,the world’s largest social security system and the system of primary,secondary and tertiary distribution.However,at the same time,according to Marxist political economy and the deepening labor contradictions in western countries such as the United States,there is tension between the technological progress of the private ownership department of the means of production and labor relations under the condition of market economy,which is the internal mechanism leading to the partial occurrence of the "tightening" phenomenon of labor relations inChina.China insists that the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources,and the contradiction between production technology and labor relations under the role of "market" also exists more or less in China.For example,digital technology strengthens employers’ control over the labor process,strengthens "precise" supervision,weakens workers’ skill advantages,and reduces workers’ negotiating power,thus leading to "tightening" labor relations.In order to resolve these contradictions and promote equity,we must rely on the adjustment of socialist system without affecting development efficiency.To be specific,we can improve labor laws and regulations,strengthen labor law enforcement,perfect vocational education,break enterprise monopoly,improve social security system and other macro institutional measures to regulate and coordinate labor relations,neutralize the negative impact of technological progress on labor relations under market economy conditions,and promote harmonious labor relations.
