To alleviate the heavy homework burden on students,in July 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued a document entitled "Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Extracurricular Training of Students in Compulsory Education." The policy points out that the quality of homework design should be improved,and the basic homework should be designed systematically so that it can not only follow the age characteristics and learning rules of students,but also reflect the orientation of quality education.Therefore,under the new background of this educational reform,in order to alleviate the pressure of students’ homework,promote the improvement of the quality of homework design,stimulate students’ interest in learning physics and cultivate students’ core literacy of physics,this topic has carried out the following research:Firstly,this study analyzes and sorts out the research status,related concepts and theoretical basis of flexible operation through literature research.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper investigates the current situation of the design and arrangement of junior high school physics homework from the perspectives of teachers and students,and summarizes the main problems existing in junior high school physics homework under the background of "double reduction".On this basis,according to the survey results and literature research and analysis,the relevant principles of designing diversified flexible operations are sorted out.At the same time,the design strategy of diversified flexible homework in junior high school physics is put forward.Based on the principles and strategies of job design,this study proposes a diversified flexible job model.The necessary homework is designed as a variety of homework types such as hands-on production,observation,and cooperation.At the same time,students can choose their own homework according to their own learning needs and ability level.This kind of homework is designed as two sets of A and B,which are basic and ability-enhancing paper-and-pencil homework respectively.Then,taking the chapter of "light phenomenon" as an example,the author designed five diversified flexible assignments and carried out teaching practice.At the same time,according to the relevant content of the 2022 edition of compulsory education physics curriculum standards,this study designed an evaluation scale and conducted a diversified evaluation of the homework completed by students.Finally,after completing the diversified flexible operation practice in the chapter of light phenomenon,a questionnaire was designed to test the implementation effect of the operation according to the four aspects of the core literacy of physics.Through statistical analysis,SPSSAU was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the survey results.The results show that the diversified flexible homework of junior high school physics has important value and development role in cultivating the core literacy of junior high school students in physics.According to the research,it is found that designing diversified flexible homework helps to improve the quality of junior high school physics homework,stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve students’ learning efficiency and ability,and reduce students’ learning burden.
