Major Emergencies Based On Information Asymmetry Research On Social Rumor Governance

In recent years,major emergencies have occurred from time to time,and event information has been disseminated through the Internet continuously.In particular,the rapid development and progress of network technology and financial media has changed the traditional information dissemination mode profoundly and broke the limitations of time,space and region.However,due to the suddenness of major events and the asymmetry of event information,online rumors have become a normal state,which has affected the normal social order seriously.Rumor governance has become an important task of government social governance.At present,scholars at home and abroad have conducted many researches on rumor governance,and the research on information asymmetry on rumor governance of major emergencies has been involved,but the systematic redearch is weak relatively.To this end,this paper analyzes the research on rumor management of major emergencies based on information asymmetry,so as to ease the public’s social emotions and promote social harmony and stability.By studying and referring to relevant scholars at home and abroad on rumor management literature and absorbing excellent research results,this paper studies the relevant content of rumor management of major emergencies from the perspective of information asymmetry,and uses case analysis and content analysis to explain the rumors of major emergencies.The need for governance and its interaction with information asymmetry.Research the related theories of information asymmetry,major emergencies and social rumors,analyze the relationship between information asymmetry and rumors in major emergencies from the perspective of public information demand,and think that the information of major emergencies rumors is related to its own characteristics and public psychology.It is found that the reason for the rumors is caused by the imbalance of information supply and demand,which is related to the degree of public information acquisition and whether the authoritative subject releases information in a timely manner.Taking the new crown epidemic as an example,this paper analyzes the specific problems of information asymmetry and rumor generation from the perspective of theme,keywords and space,analyzes the current problems in the process of rumor management from specific cases,and analyzes the causes of rumors in major emergencies.At present,there are still problems that need to be paid attention to in the work of rumor management:information disclosure is not timely and transparent,the subject of rumor refutation is ambiguous,the release of rumor refutation information is slow,the quality of rumor refutation information needs to be verified,and the rumor refutation information lacks authoritative support,which has led to the emergence of social rumors.Finally,this paper proposes relevant strategies for the governance of social rumors in major emergencies based on information asymmetry.It should ensure the timeliness of information disclosure,improve the legal norms related to information release,and the accountability mechanism for information governance.release authoritative information timely to refute rumors,reduce the space for rumors,improve the credibility of the government,and improve the punishment mechanism for rumors,so as to curb the generation and spread of rumors in major emergencies.
