| Preschool education is in the beginning of the whole education system,and it is the basic education cause in China.With the deepening of national attention to preschool education,relevant policies and regulations have been issued to achieve further development of preschool education.However,in the process of development,there are some practical problems appearing,such as in many places,"difficult and expensive to enter".In order to deal with the above problems,the country has put forward the concept of "universal kindergarten",and implemented universal,balanced and guaranteed quality preschool education for all children.At present,an important step in the development of preschool education in China is to vigorously advocate the development of universal kindergartens,and there are still many weak points and deficiencies in the construction of universal kindergartens,and the learning environment is one of many weak points.Based on the important role of kindergarten learning environment in the development of children and the development of kindergarten,the paper will focus on the universal kindergarten learning environment.In order to understand and analyze the present situation of universal kindergarten learning environment,the research object is established as A city in Guizhou 12 universal kindergarten,research method mainly include observation evaluation method,interview method and literature method,research tools will use widely used international learning environment evaluation scale(ECERS-R),through non-participatory observation data,and the value by SPSS26.0 related difference test.The research results show that the overall quality of the learning environment of inclusive kindergartens is generally low,and between passing level and serious deficiency level;in terms of kindergarten background factors,the influence of the inclusive learning environment is not significant,but there are significant differences between space and facilities,language and reasoning,and curriculum structure;the learning environment of inclusive kindergartens is not significant,and the average learning environment of inclusive public kindergartens is higher than that of inclusive private kindergartens.In particular,there are significant differences in space and facilities,language-reasoning,activities,curriculum structure and so on.From the overall situation of the learning environment of inclusive kindergartens,the current situation of the learning environment and the difference of the learning environment of inclusive kindergartens.Based on the analysis of the situation of the current situation and interviews with principals and teachers,the many factors affecting the quality of the learning environment of inclusive kindergartens are analyzed,and the factors involved include the government,quality assessment and inspection departments,principals,kindergarten teachers and parents.Finally,the in-depth analysis of the government and relevant departments,kindergarten principals,teachers and parents in the construction of the learning environment,and put forward the relevant improvement strategies to improve the quality of the kindergarten learning environment under different role positioning. |
