Investigation On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Characteristic School Tennis In Chongqing

As the main front of campus tennis education movement,primary and secondary schools are the important basis for the continuous development of tennis education.In the selection of characteristic tennis schools and the promotion of tennis education policies by relevant education management departments,the use of primary and secondary schools related to tennis teaching activities to stimulate the interest of young people to participate in tennis,and then create a strong atmosphere of tennis teaching and sports,and finally form the tennis teaching mode of "learn,practice,often match".Chongqing is the first province and city to establish a characteristic tennis school in China.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry on an in-depth discussion on the establishment of characteristic tennis school in Chongqing in the future.The main content of this thesis is: the development of characteristic tennis school in the main city and its development countermeasures.This thesis adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and so on,through the investigation and analysis of the five characteristic tennis schools in the main urban area and the teachers and students in Chongqing,focusing on the school teachers,basic tennis facilities and tennis education and teaching activities in primary and secondary schools.Found the problems existing in the construction and education of the characteristic tennis school,and put forward some countermeasures to solve these problems,and finally obtained the following research results and suggestions:First,the problems in the construction of characteristic tennis school: first,the team of tennis teachers presents a young,insufficient reserve,less full-time teachers,the ratio of male and female teachers is unreasonable;In terms of hardware construction,some schools have some problems,such as the lack of standard venues and the lack of tennis teaching facilities.The motivation for young people to participate in tennis activities mainly includes: personal interest,physical training and tennis skills learning;Most parents show a positive attitude towards their children’s participation in tennis teaching.In the form of tennis teaching course,its content is relatively simple,taking extracurricular extracurricular interest classes as the main body.For the popularization of tennis to primary and middle school sports,there is a lack of professional teaching materials for tennis,and few themed cultural and sports activities of tennis are carried out.In terms of the publicity of campus tennis,the content of propaganda is also relatively simple.The propaganda channel is relatively simple;Characteristic tennis school education and teaching management system and related security system is not perfect,the treatment and incentive mechanism of tennis professional teachers is not perfect.Second,in the main urban area of Chongqing,the countermeasures to promote the education and teaching work of tennis schools with characteristics are as follows:(1)In the problem of shortage of teacher resources,primary and secondary schools should combine their own reality,adopt external recruitment,temporary secondment,set up special tennis teaching practice courses for students,etc.,to solve the problem of shortage of teacher resources.(2)In view of the lack of basic tennis teaching hardware equipment in the school,according to the specific situation of the school,reasonable arrangement of tennis courses,combining the existing school venues and relevant venues of social organizations,increasing teaching investment and other means to solve the problem;(3)Actively develop tennis teaching courses,compile tennis teaching materials professionally,and compile tennis teaching textbooks for reference,so as to make the teaching material system of Chongqing "tennis characteristic school" more perfect;(4)To give full play to the advantages of new media,the school should take the initiative to build a suitable communication platform to increase the publicity and popularization of tennis;(5)To strengthen the promotion of tennis culture,promote the development of campus tennis education;(6)should be committed to the establishment of a special school leadership cooperation management system;(7)Strengthen the frequency of school tennis competitions,learn the development experience of foreign tennis competitions,so that more teenagers can know about competitive tennis competitions and actively participate in them.
