With the continuous development of the schools featuring campus football in China since 2015,Qiqihar,as one of the important cities in Heilongjiang Province,has also begun to develop its campus football.According to the data on the official website of Ministry of Education,117 primary and secondary schools in Qiqihar City have been rated as campus football characteristic schools from 2015 to 2020.This study takes the development status of campus football characteristic schools in primary and secondary schools in Qiqihar as the research object,and selects 41 schools with characteristics of football in primary and secondary schools in Qiqihar City(7 districts,1 city and 8 counties)for investigation.The purpose is to investigate and study the current situation of the development of football characteristic schools in primary and secondary schools in Qiqihar and to find out the problems existing in the development process and put forward corresponding solutions by using method of documentation,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,field surveys,mathematical statistics,etc.The following conclusions are drawn through the investigation:(1)The football characteristic schools in the primary and secondary schools in Qiqihar are better in the development of football lessons and can meet the standard of at least one football lesson per week stipulated by Ministry of Education.However,the teaching content given by the football teachers tends to focus on football games,competitions,techniques and tactics but does not pay much attention to theory teaching,which is not conducive to students' deeper understanding of football.(2)The age of teachers in the football characteristic schools in primary and secondary schools in Qiqihar is mostly concentrated in the range of 20 to 40 years old,which shows that the teaching staff tends to be younger and the age structure and educational level of teachers are relatively optimistic,while the level of referees and coaches are of lower grades and most teachers do not even have athlete grades,and referee grades are mostly concentrated in national second or third level football referees,and coaches are mostly rated as D-level football coaches and provincial Football Association E-level football coaches.(3)The survey shows that 78.7% of the students in primary and secondary football characteristic schools in Qiqihar show their liking or higher liking degree for football lessons.The main motivations for participating in football activities are physical fitness and hobbies,but the participation time is relatively small.(4)Although these schools have football fields,the conditions of the football fields are different: there are artificial turf fields,soil fields,and asphalt fields,and some school fields don't meet the standards,and the field conditions need to be further improved.(5)More traditional and even outdated promotion forms for campus football culture are employed in Qiqihar primary and secondary schools featuring campus football,including football fun activities and football club activities etc.(6)Most of the football characteristic schools in the primary and secondary schools surveyed in Qiqihar participate in the fourth-level football league,and all the schools surveyed carry out intramural football leagues.76.8% of the schools have a football team all the time,and 78% of the schools have weekly training,but most of them have irregular training every week.According to the investigation of the special funds of various characteristic football schools,most of them are provided by schools and the government.A few schools have social sponsorship so the channels for obtaining funds are relatively limited.Some school leaders still have traditional concepts and do not pay attention to sports.(7)Parents do not know much about football,they pay more attention to students' academic performance,and they have prejudice against football.Therefore,the parents' support for their children's participation in football is not high,only 32.4% of the students' parents have a supportive and very supportive attitude.
