Rope skipping is one of the traditional sports activities in our country.Compared with other sports,skipping rope equipment is simple,convenient to carry,high safety,not limited by the number of people,venue,time,season,gender and age conditions,so it can be widely carried out,become a mass sports.With the reform and implementation of China’s physical education and health curriculum standards and the development of sunshine sports,colorful rope skipping is gradually entering the classroom of primary school physical education,because of its rich content,diversified forms,loved by students and active participation,physical quality has also been developed.Combined with the physical health test of primary and secondary school students in China,the physical fitness level of students generally shows a trend of decline year by year,endurance,speed and other aspects are lacking,but the obesity rate shows a rapid growth trend,and the vision situation is not ideal.Especially in recent years,affected by the epidemic,students spend more time at home and rely more on electronic devices,and the myopia rate of adolescents and children has shown a rapid upward trend.The physical fitness development of primary school students is in a critical period of development,and seizing this period for physical exercise can effectively improve the level of physical growth and development of students,and also help to improve the level of physical fitness.In this context,by studying whether synchronized rope skipping can have a positive impact on the physical fitness of primary school students,so that schools can find effective ways to improve the physical fitness of primary school students,improve students’ physical fitness,and promote the healthy development of physical fitness.While enriching the teaching content of physical education classrooms,it also provides some reference for the sport of synchronized rope skipping in primary school physical education classrooms.This paper mainly uses literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,by randomly selecting two classes from the 13 fourth grade classes in Cuiyun Road Branch of Luolong District First experimental Primary School,a total of 126 students as experimental objects,and randomly divided the two classes into experimental group and control group,two groups adopt different teaching modes,the control group adopts traditional physical education mode,According to the requirements of the teaching syllabus,the regular physical education class was taught without special intervention.The experimental group was given the standard action teaching of synchronized rope Skipping "Demonstration Set of Effective Big Break Rope Skipping in primary and secondary schools of Henan Province(Intermediate)".The experimental test index refers to part of the primary school test in the National Physical Exercise Standard,and combines the physical and mental development characteristics of the fourth grade students and the characteristics of synchronized rope skipping.It selects 50 meter run,standing long jump,50 meter *8round trip run,position forward bend,cross quadrant jump,1 minute rope skipping,sitting with eyes closed and standing on one foot,etc.As a measure of speed quality,strength quality,endurance quality,flexibility quality,agility quality,coordination quality,balance quality index.The data of the control group and the experimental group before and after the experiment were collected,and the index data of physical fitness were sorted and statistically analyzed,and the research conclusions were drawn as follows:(1)Before the experiment,the two groups of subjects were tested on indicators.According to the data analysis,there was no significant difference in various physical qualities between the two groups;(2)After 15 weeks of experimental teaching,the test results of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different from those before the experiment,and the students’ test scores were improved,which did not exclude the improvement of physical fitness brought about by the students’ own growth and development.Among them,the speed quality,strength quality and endurance quality of the students in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group,especially the 50-meter running,standing long jump and 1-minute rope skipping test results improved significantly,the contrast difference was obvious,and the flexibility difference was small.This shows that synchronized rope skipping is more conducive to the development of students’ speed,strength,endurance,sensitivity,coordination,balance and other physical qualities,in primary school physical education classroom teaching,synchronized rope skipping teaching is more conducive to improving the physical fitness of primary school students than regular physical education classes;With a unique practice method,the fun and entertainment of the rope skipping can arouse students’ interest in learning,gradually develop physical fitness,and improve physical health.Suggestions:(1)At the school level,pay attention to the selection of the content of the Sunshine Recess exercise,strengthen the publicity of the Rope Skipping Movement,and create a "famous brand" for the Sunshine Rope Skipping Class.(2)Parents and children participate in rope skipping,practice simple and interesting movements,and cultivate students’ habits of consciously exercising and falling in love with sports.(3)Physical education teachers select movements of moderate level and difficulty in primary school physical education classes,and arrange flexibility exercises to promote the all-round development of students’ physical fitness.(4)It is recommended that students focus on cultivating interest when performing rope jumping movements,step by step,choose appropriate exercise content and pay attention to practice methods.(5)Pay attention to the cultivation of synchronized rope skipping teachers,and help physical education teachers master the skills of synchronized skipping rope.Popularize and promote rope skipping to get more people involved.
