After entering the 21 st century,along with our country the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the development of sunshine sports,rope skipping is gradually into the P.E.class,the stand or fall of students physical quality and to participate in sports activities has a lot to do,the more general sports,its various physical quality is strong,so it is very important to the choice of sports items.According to the physical and mental development characteristics of the fifth grade students and after consulting relevant experts,the experimental group was selected to teach the first level movements of the pattern skipping,the foundation of wheel jumping and the improvement of routines and interactive rope,from one to two to many people to participate in the exercise to improve students' enthusiasm.The control group performed regular physical education exercises.After 12 weeks,the two groups were tested for various physical fitness indicators,and the data were sorted out and analyzed to reach the following conclusions:1.through 12 weeks figure rope skipping exercise intervention to student's physical quality has very good promotion effect,embodied in: the speed of the students quality,power quality including upper body strength,the waist abdomen strength,lower extremity strength,stamina diathesis is very significant difference,sensitive quality difference to be markedly,flexible quality has improved but the effect is not obvious.2.Regular physical education teaching has an obvious effect on the improvement of girls' upper limb strength and boys' endurance quality,but has no significant effect on speed quality,waist and abdomen strength,lower limb strength,flexibility quality and sensitivity quality.3.Before and after the experiment,the growth rate of boys' physical fitness in the experimental group ranged from large to small: 1 minute skipping >,20 seconds repeated straddles >,50 meters×8 round trip running >,1 minute sit-ups,>,50 meters running,> standing long jump,> throwing solid ball,> sitting forward bend.Before and after the experiment,the growth rate of girls' physical fitness in the experimental group ranged from large to small:1 minute skipping >,1 minute sit-ups,>,20 seconds,repeated straddle,>,standing long jump,>,50 meters×8 round trip,>,50 meters,>,throw solidball,>,sit forward bend.Among them male and female students outstanding in the first three have endurance quality and sensitive quality,the difference is that the girls to improve the waist and abdomen strength.It shows that rope skipping is more conducive to the development of students' endurance and agility.4.After the experiment,the growth rate of the physical quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group on the whole.Compared with the regular physical education class,the pattern skipping rope teaching in primary school was more beneficial to improve the physical quality of the students.Above all,synchronized jumping rope changing form makes students practice more active in class,improve the students' practice density and strength at the same time,make more students to participate,the students are very active in small rope skipping,whether it's for the collective honor,still want to try to present yourself,in general by the movements of the rich variety of rope skipping,more student participation,provide a new choice for the sports teaching.
