| Objective: To compare the differences and recovery effects of Mawangdui guidance and 24 Style Taijiquan on the static posture of neck and shoulder,cervical mobility,thoracic kyphosis,scapular deviation angle and pain score scale of patients with superior crossing syndrome horizontally and vertically,taking the intervention method and intervention time as comparative factors,in order to provide experimental evidence for the clinical research of patients with superior crossing syndrome,and expand the research of health preservation skill in the field of rehabilitation.Methods: 40 college students with superior crossing syndrome from Fujian Normal University were recruited.After the pre-test,they were randomly divided into experimental group A and experimental group B,with 20 students in each group.Experimental group a received Mawangdui guidance training three times a week for 12 weeks,and experimental group B received 24 Style Taijiquan training three times a week for 12 weeks,using single blind method.The static posture of neck and shoulder,cervical mobility,thoracic kyphosis,scapular deviation angle,NPAD and vas were evaluated by joint angle ruler and spine measuring instrument before and after intervention.Through spss24 0 software to analyze the effects of two different health preservation exercises on body sha Pe and neck and shoulder pain in patients with superior crossing syndrome.Results:(1)There were significant differences in head rake angle(FHA)and round shoulder angle(FSA)before and after experiment in group A(P < 0.01);There were significant differences in head rake angle(FHA)and round shoulder angle(FSA)before and after experiment in group B(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in head rake angle(FHA)and round shoulder angle(FSA)between groups A and B after the experiment(P > 0.05).(2)In group A and B,there was significant difference in flexion,extension and left and right rotation before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in left and right flexion position(P > 0.05);The comparison between groups A and B showed that there were significant differences in flexion,extension and left and right rotation(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in left and right flexion(P > 0.05).(3)There was significant difference in the deviation angle of left and right scapula between groups A and B before and after the experiment(P< 0.05);After the experiment in group A and B,it was found that there was no significant difference in the deviation angle of left and right shoulder blades(P > 0.05).(4)There was significant difference in thoracic kyphosis angle between groups A and B before and after the experiment(P < 0.01);There was no significant difference in the angle of thoracic kyphosis between groups A and B(P > 0.05).(5)In group A,there were no significant differences in T1 / 2,T2 / 3,T3 / 4,T6 / 7,T11 / 12 and T12 / L1 before and after the experiment(P > 0.05),but there were significant differences in T4 / 5,T5 / 6,T7/ 8,T8 / 9,T9 / 10 and T10 / 11(P < 0.05);In group B,there were no significant differences in T1 / 2,T2 / 3,T6 / 7,T7 / 8 and T10 / 11 before and after the experiment(P > 0.05),but there were significant differences in T3 / 4,T4 / 5,T5 / 6,T8 / 9,T9 / 10,T11 / 12 and T12 / L1(P < 0.05);Before and after the experiment,group A and B found that there was no significant difference in T1 / 2,T2 / 3,T3 / 4,T4 / 5,T5 / 6,T6 / 7,T7 /8,T8 / 9,T9 / 10,T10 / 11,T11 / 12 and T12 / L1(P > 0.05).(6)There was significant difference in NPAD and vas between groups A and B before and after the experiment(P< 0.01),but there was no significant difference in NPAD and vas between groups A and B after the experiment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Mawangdui guidance and 24 Style Taijiquan can improve the static posture of College Students’ neck and shoulder,increase the range of motion of cervical spine,and reduce the angle of thoracic kyphosis and shoulder blade deviation.Mawangdui guidance is better than 24 Style Taijiquan in improving forward flexion and extension,while 24 Style Taijiquan is better than Mawangdui guidance in improving left and right rotation,and these two training methods can not only improve the body shape,It can also relieve the pain of neck,shoulder and back. |
