In the context of the full police training,there is an urgent need to address the problems existing in the physical training of public security police.In combination with the need for practical training of public security police,a training method that can reduce sports injuries and has training efficiency is needed to fill the gap in the physical training methods of public security police.According to the relevant characteristics of their needs,this article selects the composite training method as the training method to promote the better development of the physical ability of public security police.Composite training method is a training method that can effectively enhance athletes’ maximum muscle strength and explosive muscle power.When using the composite training method for training,after conducting resistance training,it can induce a "post activation enhancement effect",making the sports performance of public security police more excellent.In this process,combining rapid expansion and contraction composite training can better develop the physical fitness of public security police,thereby better addressing the physical needs of public security police in their daily work and law enforcement,So as to meet the people’s ardent expectations for the people’s police.This article takes the public security police in Shizhu County,Chongqing City as an example,and obtains the impact of composite training on the physical fitness of public security police through experimental research.This article adopts the methods of literature,expert interviews,experiments,and mathematical statistics.Twenty public security police officers are randomly selected and divided into experimental and control groups,The experimental test items are based on the newly revised "Regulations on the Training of People’s Police in Public Security Organs","National Physical Fitness Standards for Public Security Organs from 2020 to 2022",and the "Physical Fitness Evaluation Items and Standards for the Recruitment of People’s Police in Public Security Organs(Provisional)",which were implemented on January1,2015.After discussion with experts and instructors,the experimental test items are set as 4 × 10 round trips,50 meter runs,vertical jumps to touch the high,standing long jumps.The following conclusions were reached through an 8-week experiment:After the experiment,the police in the experimental group × Compared with the test results before the experiment,the test results of 10 round trips,50 meter runs,vertical jumps to touch the height,and standing long jumps in the experimental group were 4 × The performance of the 10 round trip event improved by 6.11%;The performance of the 50 meter race has improved by 7.38%;The performance of the vertical jump touch high event improved by 5.01%;The performance of the standing long jump increased by 5.2%.The data analysis of the four results before the experiment showed that there was a significant difference(p<0.01),indicating that after eight weeks of composite training,the performance of the public security police in the experimental group was significantly improved,proving that the composite training method can effectively improve the sports performance of the public security police,and has a positive impact on physical fitness.Among them,there is a significant difference between the comparative experimental group and the control group in the analysis of test results of the standing long jump after the experiment,which is 0.05>P>0.01.Due to the greater demand for muscle strength and explosive power of the lower limbs in the standing long jump,the reason is that after eight weeks of composite training,the nervous system of the public security police participating in the experimental group has improved their ability to control muscles.At the same time,when performing the standing long jump,the muscle strength is greater,the control ability is stronger,and the output power is higher.Therefore,at the moment of standing on the ground with both feet,The force on the ground is greater than before the experiment,which promotes the performance of the standing long jump to be more superior,showing a significant difference.At the same time,when discussing the instructors and the police in the experimental group,they were satisfied with the physical performance results generated by the composite training method,and the composite training method has the characteristics of safety,innovation,and interest,which encourages the police to actively participate in ideology and penetrate the concept of lifelong sports.Adopting a composite training method can effectively enhance the physical fitness of the police in Shizhu County,Chongqing,and better respond to the needs of daily work and on-site law enforcement.It is the public security police who make better efforts and contributions to safeguarding political security,maintaining social stability,and ensuring the peace of the people.
