Research On The Relationship Between Physical Exercises And Emotional Adjustment In Zhejiang Special Police

This study draws on the "Sports Activity Rating Scale(PARS-3)"revised by the scholar Liang Deqing and Wang Li’s scale based on Gross revision,combined with the "Guidance Opinions on the Construction of the Public Security Police Mental Health Service Center" and the "CCP Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Committee’s Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Work of Police and Police Work has instructions on the mental health work of the police,and compiled the "Zhejiang Public Security Special Police Physical Exercise and Emotional Adjustment Questionnaire"and conducted a reliability and validity test.On the basis of this,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method are used to study the physical exercise and emotional regulation of Zhejiang police public security police.The research results show that:(1)The overall situation of Zhejiang public security special police physical exercise is The amount of physical exercise is at a medium level.From the perspective of the three dimensions of exercise volume,the physical exercise time dimension is relatively high,the exercise frequency dimension is relatively low,and the exercise intensity dimension is medium;(2)Zhejiang Public Security Special Police Sports Exercise The characteristics of demographic variables are reflected in the amount of physical exercise Different,male sports volume is greater than female,in the job characteristics,there is a significant difference in the amount of physical exercise,and there is a significant difference in the physical characteristics of the physical exercise in the post characteristics;(3)the overall emotional adjustment level of Zhejiang public security special police is in the middle Level,but there are structural differences,cognitive re-evaluation is higher than expression inhibition;(4)The characteristics of Zhejiang public security specialpolice emotion regulation in demographic variables are reflected in the two dimensions of emotional regulation,cognitive re-evaluation,and expression inhibition are different.There are significant differences in gender.There are differences in cognitive re-evaluation at different ages.There is no difference in expression inhibition at different ages.There are differences in cognitive re-evaluation in different positions.There are differences in expression repression in different positions.Cognition there are significant differences in re-evaluation in different positions,and there are significant differences in expression suppression in different positions.(5)The relationship between physical exercise and emotional regulation of public security special police in Zhejiang Province is first reflected in the effect of physical exercise on the emotional adjustment of public security special police.,that is,the amount of exercise is the most adjustable mood,but the amount of exercise There are structural differences in emotional regulation,that is,the amount of exercise has no significant effect on the inhibition of expression,and the amount of exercise has a significant impact on cognitive re-evaluation;(6)The relationship between physical exercise and emotional adjustment of public security special police in Zhejiang Province is expressed in demographic variables;Both of them have significant effects on the amount of physical exercise,but have no obvious predictive effect on expression inhibition;they have a good effect on the cognitive re-evaluation and expression inhibition in the lower age stage,and the middle age stage recognizes Knowledge-reviewing has a promoting effect,and the inhibition of expression is not significant.The predictive effect of high-age age on mood regulation is not obvious;low-post special police physical exercise has a significant impact on emotional regulation;special police physical exercise on counter-terrorism the suppression of expression has an impact,and thespecial police physical exercise on the posts of civilian and government departments has an impact on cognitive re-evaluation.
