Study On The Optimization Of Teaching Mode Of Police Body And Skill In Public Security Colleges And Universities

We combined with the actual environment and policy requirements of police physical education in police colleges and universities,this paper probes into the implementation ideas and suggestions to promote the reform of police physical education and the optimization of teaching mode.At present,the police body of "2+0" is widely practiced in our country public security colleges and universities,and the teaching mode of skills has already been seriously out of line with the need of the actual combat of the public security.Therefore,it is urgent to reform the original teaching mode.Under the background of the new policy,colleges and universities of public security should grasp the historic development opportunity brought by the reform of public security recruitment system,strive to improve the quality of teaching and training,especially for the basic subject of police skill-physical ability,should lay emphasis on the layout.Formulate and issue corresponding measures and measures.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,comprehensive analysis and so on,and referring to the national police colleges and universities and taking Fujian Police College as the research object,this paper analyzes the current "2+0" police body of Fujian Police Academy.The advantages and disadvantages of the skill teaching model,and the effectiveness of the model from the aspects of teaching content,teaching method and teaching evaluation are discussed.The shortcomings and problems of the model are summarized on the basis of the above analysis.It is found that the development of students body and skills is a "parabola" from entrance to graduation;at the same time,the teaching materials of public security colleges and universities are not unified,the teaching contents are not uniform,the teaching methods and means are single,the courses are lack of organic connection;The evaluation method is single and lack of process evaluation and so on.Therefore,we should further optimize the mode of teaching and training of police body and skills in police colleges and universities.In order to optimize the "2+0" police body,the problem that the theory and actual combat,physical ability and skill are not well connected in the skill teaching mode,the "2+2" police practical combat teaching and training model is put forward.The new model passes through the course and training arrangement.The physical training of students in grade 3 and grade 4 is well connected,and it also helps to strengthen the autonomy of students in training,and to form a good habit of physical and technical training.The main research conclusions of the article:(1)The investigation result indicates that the Fujian Police College has different standards of admission,cultivating and graduation of undergraduates,involving different physical fitness test items.Otherwise,there are no police physical fitness curriculum that undergraduates will not be abundance of physical fitness training until they graduate.(2)Fujian Police College has experienced academic training and entrusted to cultivate since its inception.The two training methods are completely different.According to the research,the current combination of police physical fitness and skill teaching theory and practice in public security undergraduate colleges is not tight sound.The teaching method is relatively simple,and the evaluation system is not sound.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the curriculum for the above problems,enrich the teaching content and teaching methods,and improve the evaluation system.(3)At present,Fujian Police College is still implementing the “ 2+0 ” police physical fitness and skill teaching mode.It has been difficult to meet the needs of public security in the guiding ideology and specific teaching content,so it must be innovated as soon as possible.The "2+2" police physical fitness and skill teaching mode is a new teaching mode for the problems existing in police physical education in public security undergraduate colleges,which optimizes and improves students’ physical fitness and skill training.(4)In the process of promoting the optimization of police physical fitness and skill teaching mode in public security undergraduate colleges,it is also necessary to strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,continuously improving the student evaluation system,scientifically designing the training programs and training objectives of students,and improving the comprehensive quality of students.
