| The main base of the French police,the physical training level of the reserve police is related to the formation of the basic law enforcement quality of the police team.The investigation and Research on the physical training course of the police is conducive to understanding the physical quality status of the reserve police at this stage,to finding out the deficiencies in the development of the physical training course of the police,and to giving a scientific,reasonable,effective and feasible optimization plan,which is conducive to further optimizing the police body Be able to provide courses and improve the soft power of the police force.Ningxia police vocational college is the only one in Ningxia to cultivate police occupation.Its police physical education curriculum is unique and representative.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the construction elements of police physical education curriculum by using literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,respectively from the aspects of police physical education curriculum,teachers’ level and learning Based on the investigation and analysis of students’ physical condition,the current situation of field equipment and extracurricular participation,the paper puts forward the optimization plan of police physical curriculum according to the actual problems.The results show that:(1)the objectives of the course can not meet the training requirements of the current police professionals,the intensity of the curriculum reform is not strong,and the requirements of the actual combat are not high;(2)the course hours are relatively small,and only in the first semester,the teaching cycle of the course is relatively short;(3)the teaching content is mainly track and field training projects,without the introduction of the police special physical training content;(4)evaluation The mechanism is unreasonable,the content of evaluation is single,and the form of evaluation needs to be rich;(5)the overall educational level of teachers is not high,the number of undergraduates accounts for 56%,the number of associate professors or above accounts for 11%,and there is no teacher with professional title;the number of discipline leaders is small;(6)students do not realize the importance of physical training in law enforcement work in the future,and students enter the second grade later The overall level of ability decreased,and only 7%of the students took regular exercises(5 or more times a week)after class.The results show that:(1)to further clarify the orientation of curriculum objectives,we should not only attach importance to the cultivation of students’ Police knowledge and skills,but also strengthen the cultivation of reserve police officers’ moral quality and professional spirit.(2)Increase the content of some courses of police special physical fitness,enrich the content of innovative training,improve the students’ subjective initiative in learning(3)increase the class hours of courses,especially the class hours of public security students,give full play to the whole process of the course education function;innovate the teaching methods,increase the use of cases,scenarios and other teaching methods.(4)Further enrich the evaluation form of police physical ability course teaching,optimize the evaluation standard of course teaching,and add the process evaluation form.(5)Strengthen the implementation of guarantee measures for curriculum optimization.The first is to carry out the construction project of teachers’ quality and ability,broaden the channels of professional ability,enhance the basic teaching skills,increase the strength of collective teaching and research activities,optimize the teacher assessment mechanism,stimulate the endogenous power of teaching subjects,and develop the school-based teaching materials of police physical ability courses in time.The second is to prepare and complete the physical training ground and equipment for the police to create a variety of physical training practice conditions for students. |
