In the new era,"Heterogeneous Classes" has become the darling of the education industry.It is a teaching and research activities that take the real classroom as the research place,the classroom teaching situation as the carrier,which are carried out by the classroom observation,collective discussion after class and personal reflection of teachers.Teaching consultation makes the exchange and resonance of teachers' germinating ideas,triggers teachers' innovation of teaching situation,makes classroom teaching more efficient,and thus promotes teachers' professional growth.Then,how to use this method in high school mathematics teaching,improve teaching,play its real significance,is a problem that mathematics teachers need to face up to and improve under the new curriculum reform concept.In this paper,we study the importance of "Heterogeneous Classes" to high school math teachers from the perspective of teacher professional development theory,Summarizing some helpful conclusions for the promotion of teachers' professional growth.This paper takes the introduction as the breakthrough point,combing the research background,the necessity of topic selection,the research content and methods,the research status at home and abroad and the problems in the current "Heterogeneous Classes" activities.Then it analyses the related concepts and their significance to teachers' professional development.And then we taking the middle school of Jun lian County,Yi bin City as a case study to analysis the "same" and "different" of high school mathematics education,and experience the meaning of mathematics.Subsequently,questionnaires and interviews were conducted among the mathematics teachers who participated in the activities,so as to understand the different stages of teachers' views on the activities and record the changes of teachers' professional growth before and after the activities.Finally,the author summarizes the Enlightenment of the activities on the professional growth of high school mathematics teachers,and puts forward some suggestions from the perspectives of teachers and school departments.By presenting the current situation of teachers' professional development and teachers' psychological slack in the long-term education and teaching,this paper appeals to teachers to establish the awareness of lifelong learning under the new curriculum reform.Then,aiming at the problems arising from the implementation of "Heterogeneous Classes " as an effective carrier of teachers' professional growth,this paper puts forward some ideas that can be improved to greatly enhance the effectiveness of activities and achieve the expected goal of " Heterogeneous Classes ".
