With the vigorous development of new media in the Internet era,"Fan-circle culture" has been widely infiltrated into the study and life of college students,and is favored by college students because of its entertainment characteristics,and has become an important cultural environment affecting the formation of college students’ values.On the one hand,"Fan-circle culture" enriches the cultural and spiritual life of college students,and cultivates their innovative spirit and practical ability.On the other hand,the irrational and negative contents of the "Fan-circle culture" also have a serious negative impact on the communication values,life values,moral values and political values of some college students.This kind of negative influence not only hinders the country’s training of young talents,but also makes the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities face new problems and challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the relationship between "Fan-circle culture" and college students’ values,deeply analyze the reasons for the negative impact of "Fan-circle culture",and find practical and effective ways to correctly educate and guide college students’ values.In this paper,literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview methods and other research methods,from the theoretical and practical aspects of the background of the "Fan-circle culture" of college students’ values,and in-depth analysis of the "Fan-circle culture" of the dual impact on the values of college students and causes of negative impact,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures.First of all,through the collation and induction of relevant domestic and foreign literature,the formation of fans and the generation of "fan-circle" are sorted out,and the operation mechanism of "fan-circle" is summarized,which mainly includes the operation mechanism of commercial capital based on fan economy,the operation mechanism of fan community under the empowerment of Internet technology and the operation mechanism of circle communication based on network social platforms.On this basis,this paper discusses the connotation and cultural attributes of "Fan-circle culture".At the same time,based on the relevant overview of the values of college students,this paper starts from the three characteristics of "Fan-circle culture" :orientation,entertainment and circle,and focuses on explaining the different influences of "Fan-circle culture" on the values of college students,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly,questionnaire survey and interview method are used to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the current situation of college students’ values under the background of "Fan-circle culture",and further analyze the cognition,behavior and attitude of college students on "Fan-circle culture".At the same time,according to the theoretical explanation of the influence of the characteristics of "Fan-circle culture" on the values of college students,and in the process of questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that the fan activities and social events in "Fan-circle culture" reflect the social interaction of more fans and the guiding effect of political and moral level,and the life value is the most critical link in the value system.Therefore,This paper sums up the dual influence of "Fan-circle culture" on college students’ communication values,life values,moral values and political values.Thirdly,the paper focuses on the analysis of various reasons for the negative impact of "Fan-circle culture" on the values of college students,which are mainly reflected in four aspects: social economic motivation,lack of value education in colleges and universities,differences in family style and family tutoring,and college students’ own reasons.Finally,in view of the above analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding guidance countermeasures from the perspectives of society,colleges and universities,families and college students.On the one hand,it is necessary to guide the benign development of "Fan-circle culture" and minimize its negative impact.On the other hand,it is also necessary to effectively use and give full play to the positive factors of "Fan-circle culture",so as to make value education more humanized and more accessible to college students,so as to give play to the leading role of society,the leading role of colleges and universities,the basic role of families and the key role of college students,so that college students can form positive and healthy values in the pluralistic space of "Fan-circle culture".
