In recent years, a great revolution has taken place within the field of culture and other trends of students from higher education, and it's happening both in Korea and China. Joining campus circles has become an important way for single children widening their acquaintances. Modern leisure have gained more and more popularity in the fields of health promotion within families and companies and henceforth raised living standards. However researches concerning future dominant citizens——college students' leisure part of life is quite behind the needs. Also more researches on campus circles which are the most popular way of leisure for them are still to be carried out. Thus an investigation into college students' culture, campus circles and life attitudes seemed just in time. This article has made an comparison both historical and contemporary between Korean and Chinese college students' culture and life attitudes. The data used was collected through numerous related articles, questionnaires and interviews. Conclusions were then drawn about unique features of Korean and Chinese college students' cultures and campus lives. With these as bases I raised a few suggestions for bettering campus circles. Conclusions: 1. College students joining campus circles from both Korea and China find campus life more satisfying than those who don't. 2. College students with a leisure attitude toward life from both Korea and China find campus life more satisfying. 3. Korean college students share more active attitude towards leisure time than their Chinese peers.
