China is a multi-ethnic country with common prosperity.There are 47 ethnic groups in Xinjiang and 37 ethnic groups in Karamay.Although not every ethnic minority has its own ethnic language,a hundred flowers bloom and compete.Karamay city,Xinjiang is a complex language environment of Chinese and bilingual or even multilingual minority languages,which affects the development of basic education in our district,causes an imbalance,but also causes the diversity of education modes.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of education in Xinjiang,it is urgent to carry out mixed classes in Xinjiang ethnic minority areas,use the national common language teaching,and improve the quality of Chinese teaching.The improvement of Chinese literacy needs to actively start from children.I took the students of grade four of Karamay Affiliated Primary school of Beijing Normal University as the experimental object,and combined with their own teaching experience,to explore how to effectively investigate the current situation of primary school Chinese teaching under mixed classes in Xinjiang,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality of primary school Chinese in minority areas.This article tries to analyze under the background of the new curriculum reform,the present situation of primary school Chinese teaching,and affect mixed Chinese literacy factors,with social environment,family environment,school environment as the background,the teaching objectives and methods,teaching forms and methods,preview preparation,homework design,individual tutoring,the five aspects of teaching practice.In school,teachers actively arouse students’ interest through asking questions;integrate Chinese teaching;optimize teacher and training mode and make progress through effective teacher training system.After teaching practice,students pay attention in class,ask questions;the classroom atmosphere,the group study,the quality of homework,and the gap between students.Although the teaching practice is effective,there is still a long way to go from balancing the overall development of basic education in our district and improving the quality of education in Xinjiang.So,I made the following suggestions:First,optimize basic education resources.Second,according to local conditions,optimize the training mode;Third,establish an effective mechanism to improve students’ interest in Chinese learning;Fourth,pay attention to the difference between people and Han,and promote the quality and effectiveness of teaching by three-dimensional.
