The building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects is a solemn commitment of the CPC to the Chinese people.Education is the only way to solve the problem of poverty from a fundamental perspective. However,China has a vast geographical area, numerous ethnic groups, uneven economic development and complex practical problems. What should education do? Only by formulating educational development strategies in different regions, ethnic groups and phases according to local conditions can the population in poor areas be lifted out of poverty, the intergenerational transmission of poverty be broken, and the "roots of poverty" be uprooted. The multi-ethnic school in the Western areas is an objective existence that has been "forgotten" by the academic community. Its complexity lies in the need to consider not only the influence of the economic environment but also the laws of minority education. It is also necessary to consider the educational particularity of ethnic students gathered in the same school.Taking the relevant primary schools of the Miao,Yi,and Xiang ethnic groups in the pig farms in Nayong County as the object of study, the author goes deep into the front line of education through field investigation, and focuses on the academic achievements of ethnic students in the context of the current educational situation and specific educational practices in the schools in China. This paper explores the causes of the problem of students 'academic achievement in schools, clarifies the factors that affect students' academic achievement in schools, and further discusses thesuggestions and methods for improving students 'academic achievement in multi-ethnic schools,so as to enrich the theoretical and practical research on ethnic education. The field research of this paper shows that although the state pays more and more attention to ethnic education at present, the academic achievement of students in multi-ethnic schools is still very prominent. The problems of students 'academic achievement in multi-ethnic schools are mainly reflected in the unclear direction of students' independent development, the pressure on students 'academic achievement process, and the low level of students' academic performance. The author investigates the factors affecting the achievement of students in multi-ethnic schools in minority areas from the perspective of school, family and individual students.Discover the level of regional economic development, rural hollowness,pan-entertainment,school management level, academic evaluation standards, parental expectations, household education expenditure, student gender,body,etc..Status,learning motivation, learning ability and other 11 factors have different degrees of influence on students 'academic achievement. On the basis of this,it proposed to the National macro level that "increasing investment in basic education in ethnic minority areas and narrowing the uneven gap in education between regions","vigorously promoting rural industrial adjustment and rural e-commerce,and commercializing agricultural products. The proposal of promoting rural economic development proposes to the school's meso-level suggestions on "making full use of existing resources to enhance students 'academic achievements" and "building a diversified evaluation system for schools".At the individual micro level, the author puts forward the suggestions of "building the supervision model of school and family," and "focusing on cultivating students' self-supervision ability."...
