Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Developing Basketball Featured Primary Schools

Study the current situation of the construction of a basketball characteristic primary school in Nan’an District,Chongqing,summarize the problems in its development,propose development strategies,and help the campus basketball characteristic school in Nan’an District solve the problems in its development,promoting its healthy and sustainable development.The paper adopts the methods of literature review and interview,and selects Coral China Railway Primary School in Nan’an District as the survey object.It comprehensively understands the school’s organizational leadership,condition guarantee,education and teaching,training and competition,and implementation effectiveness,and summarizes experience and existing problems.Based on this,development strategies are proposed,providing useful reference for local education and sports administrative departments and schools’ decision-making.The study concludes that:Through literature research,expert interviews,and research on the current situation of Coral China Railway Primary School,it was found that the construction and development of basketball characteristic schools are closely related to organizational leadership,curriculum teaching,condition guarantee,and training competitions.These four aspects are also core key elements for the construction and development of basketball characteristic schools.Analyze the four aspects of the basketball characteristic school of Coral China Railway Primary School,identify its current problems,and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,in terms of organizational leadership,regional campus basketball characteristic school standards have been established,and each standard indicator has been described in detail.Basketball characteristic primary schools can compare their own development situation with the standards,clarify their own development path,and make long-term and thorough plans to promote a good,healthy,vibrant,and strong basketball culture atmosphere campus;Secondly,in terms of condition guarantee,basketball characteristic schools need to undergo a scientific transformation of the teaching team to improve the quality and level of the entire teaching.In addition,they also need to do everything possible to expand the funding channels for basketball characteristic primary schools,including channels such as government,society,and enterprises;In terms of training and competitions,primary schools with basketball characteristics should not only focus on after-school training to improve the school’s distinctive level,but also create a sound competition system and actively participate in multiple basketball competitions to enhance the school’s reputation and training effectiveness;In terms of platform construction,it is recommended to build a "five in one" campus basketball characteristic school construction platform,including factors such as government,society,schools,parents,and media,all of which should participate in the construction and development of basketball characteristic schools.
