| Starting from the autumn of 2021,the country will comprehensively implement after-school sports services for compulsory education.How effective is the popularization and implementation of physical education after-school services driven by policy orientation.The satisfaction evaluation of students and parents towards the school’s physical education after-school service work can to some extent provide a "measure" for the quality and effectiveness of physical education after-school service work.Taking middle school students in urban areas of Ningxiang City under the "double reduction" policy as the survey object,and based on the results of the satisfaction survey questionnaire on sports after-school services,this study explores the satisfaction of middle school students in urban areas of Ningxiang City with sports after-school services under the "double reduction" policy.This paper adopts random sampling and on-site interviews to conduct a questionnaire survey among middle school students and parents in the urban area of Ningxiang City.1.Through mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and other methods of statistics,the data of junior high school students’ participation in physical education after-school services in Ningxiang City is obtained.In the 1081 valid questionnaires collected from the survey,a total of 1001 students participated in physical education after-school services,accounting for 92.66%,while 80 students did not participate,accounting for 7.34%.This indicates that students’ participation in after-school physical education services is relatively high.2.Through comparative analysis of domestic and foreign literature through the method of literature review,it was found that after years of development,the research on after-school sports services in foreign countries has gradually improved in terms of policy formulation,promulgation,implementation,effectiveness evaluation,quality monitoring,etc.,and has basically formed a relatively systematic system for ensuring after-school sports services.In contrast,research in China is relatively late,and from the perspective of research article types,it is mostly journal papers,with fewer degree papers,and in-depth exploration of issues related to physical education after-school services is not sufficient;From a research perspective,there is relatively little research both domestically and internationally on the understanding and implementation effectiveness evaluation of after-school physical education services for students,parents,and teachers.3.There are also significant differences in satisfaction with school physical education after-school services from different dimensions.The status of parents and the grade of the child have varying degrees of influence on their satisfaction,and exhibit different differences.Suggestions: 1.Benchmark students’ personalized needs and enrich the content and forms of physical education after-school services;2.Adjust parents’ cognitive biases and implement multi subject collaborative education;3.Integrate and introduce social resources,optimize the environment and teaching conditions,4.Improve institutional construction,and build a sports after-school service guarantee system. |
