| Objective: Movement control ability is the support and guarantee for tennis players to complete high quality technical movements and perform their competitive ability.Instability resistance training plays an important role in the movement control,movement patterns and movement quality of junior tennis players under unstable environment,which can effectively promote the synergistic development of physical quality,consolidate special skills and improve competitive level.This study investigates the role and influence of instability resistance training on the movement control ability of junior tennis players from the perspective of special physical ability of junior tennis players,explores the relationship between movement control ability and special technical ability as well as the role of improving special technical ability,and explores new ideas of special teaching of junior tennis.Based on the characteristics of tennis specialties,we selected a instability resistance training intervention program and movement control ability assessment indexes that are closely related to the needs of the specialties,and provided a more scientific and targeted sports intervention program,assessment indexes and implementation measures that are highly relevant to the specialties,in order to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for tennis specialties training.Methods:A total of 40 junior tennis players aged 14-18 were selected as experimental subjects.Following the basic matching principle,they were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,with 20 players in each group(10 boys and 10 girls).The experimental group was trained with instability resistance training,while the control group was trained with stable resistance training for 60 minutes three times a week for 12 weeks.A one-week pre-experiment was conducted before the formal intervention,and pre-tests and post-tests were administered to the subjects in both groups before and after the intervention,and the results were compared and analyzed using SPSS data analysis software.Results:(1)FMS functional movement screening: The between-group results showed that there was no significant(P=0.068)for the trunk stability push-up test and significant(P=0.012)for the rotation stability test.The within-group results showed that the experimental group had better trunk stability push-up and rotational stability scores than the control group.(2)Core muscle strength: The between-group results showed significant differences(P<0.05)with P values of 0.033 and 0.027 for abdominal forward flexion and left and right side bridges,respectively,and highly significant(P<0.01)for lumbar back extension.The within-group results showed that instability resistance training was more effective in improving core muscle strength compared to stable resistance training.(3)Core stability: The between-group results showed that there was no significant(P>0.05)for level eight abdominal bridge and level six supine bridge;there was significant(P<0.05)for level five lateral bridge(left side)and one-minute sit-up;and there was highly significant(P<0.01)for level five lateral bridge(right side),one-minute supine push-up,one-minute lateral push-up,and Davis test.The within-group results showed that both stability resistance training and instability resistance training training could improve core stability,but the experimental group was more effective.(4)Balance ability: The between-group results showed that in the static balance test,the closed-eye unipedal stance and reinforced Romberg were highly significant(P<0.01).In dynamic balance,there was a significant difference in closed-eye in situ stance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in Y balance test(P>0.05).The within-group results showed that the experimental group had better balance ability than the control group.(5)Explosive power: The intra-group results showed that the right leg support P=0.022 and the left leg support P=0.035,both of which were significant(P<0.05).The intra-group results showed that the experimental group had better explosive strength test scores than the control group.(6)Sensitivity and coordination quality: The results between groups showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the fan run,T-run,W-run,double-legged hexagonal jump,and "5-10-5" test,and in the fan run and double-legged hexagonal jump,the mean value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group by 1.849 seconds and 2.021 seconds;In the Nebraska agility test,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The intra-group results showed that the sensitivity and coordination qualities of both groups were improved,but the experimental group improved more.(7)Special technical ability: The between-group results showed highly significant(P<0.01)in the forehand and backhand moving stroke depth test and the forehand and backhand moving stroke accuracy test.The within-group results showed that stability resistance training could improve the special technical ability,but the effect was not significant enough,and instability resistance training could substantially improve the tennis special technical ability.Conclusion:(1)Both Instability resistance training and stable resistance training have an improvement on the movement control ability of junior tennis players,but the improvement of Instability resistance training is greater,especially in core muscle strength,dynamic core stability,balance ability,and special technical indexes are extremely obvious.(2)Stability resistance training can improve the movement control ability of junior tennis players,and has a promotion effect on FMS,core muscle strength,core stability,balance ability,explosive power,agility and coordination quality and special techniques,but the effect is not obvious.(3)Instability resistance training can significantly improve the movement control of junior tennis players,and has a positive effect on FMS,core strength,core stability,balance,explosive power,agility and coordination qualities as well as specific techniques.In conclusion,both Instability resistance training and stability resistance training are effective,but the effect of Instability resistance Training on the movement control ability of junior tennis players is more advantageous.In future research,Instability resistance Training can be widely used in junior tennis training,but the fundamental role of stable resistance training should not be ignored. |
