Based on the theory of the ability to change direction in tennis, and combining the dynamic balance ability and the ability to change direction with the unsteady resistance training of young athletes, the author designed a reasonable experimental intervention content,to analyze and discuss the effect of instability resistance training on the dynamic balance ability and direction changing ability of U12 tennis mans’ players,it provides new ideas and theoretical support for the application and popularization of unsteady resistance training in the training of juvenile tennis players. In this study,20 U12 tennis mans’ players were randomly divided into instability resistance training group and traditional ability to change direction training group of10 people. Before the experiment, the independent sample T-test of the two groups’ physical condition and the indexes of sensitive quality showed that P>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups. The instability resistance training group and the traditional steering ability training group were trained three times a week for 8 weeks, respectively. After the experiment, the dynamic balance ability and the steering ability were tested again and recorded, finally, the mathematical statistics method is used to analyze the data. After eight weeks of training, all the indexes of YBT in the instability impedance training group after the experiment were significantly higher than those before the experiment.Independent t-test showed that there was a significant difference in anterior dynamic balance(P<0.01),lateral dynamic balance(P<0.05),and no significant difference in medial dynamic balance between the two groups.During the change of direction test, paired t-test found that the instability resistance training group after training showed a very significant difference(P<0.01),the traditional ability to change direction training group showed a significant difference(P<0.05).Independent t-test show there was significant difference between the two groups after the experiment(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)After eight weeks of training, both the traditional Dynamic balance training and the instability resistance training were effective in improving the ability to dynamic balance and change of direction, the effect of instability resistance training is more obvious.(2)In the dynamic balance ability, the enhancement effect of instability resistance training and traditional directional ability training is different in different directions, instability resistance training improves the anterior dynamic balance and lateral Dynamic balance.
