| After-school services are a livelihood project aimed at helping parents solve the problem of being unable to pick up their children due to mismatched work and school schedules.The successive introduction of national and local policies on after-school services in schools provides institutional guarantees for solving the “3:30 pm” problem.Junior high school students are a special group in after-school services.They enter puberty and have an increasingly clear understanding of their internal development needs,as well as a curiosity and desire to explore the outside world.They need to “reduce their burden” to gain space for free development,while also facing the choice of the high school entrance exam and the path of development after junior high school.After-school services are of great significance for meeting students’ diverse and personalized development needs,realizing “burden reduction and efficiency improvement,” and improving the quality of education in junior high school.This study sorted out the research status of after-school services at home and abroad,and conducted an in-depth study on the implementation of after-school services in several junior middle schools in M City from the perspective of hierarchy of needs theory and stakeholder theory.In the process of carrying out after-school services,there are complex interest relations among students,parents,teachers,schools,government and other subjects.How to coordinate the relationship between all parties and guide after-school services from "helping parents look after children" to satisfying higher needs has become an important issue for junior middle school education to "reduce the burden and increase the efficiency" after "double reduction".Based on the investigation of the status quo of after-school services in four junior high schools in M city,it is found that the crux of the after-school services problem is concentrated in the implementation of the subject policy cognitive deviation,imperfect management system,resource integration ability is not in place and other aspects.From the aspects of unified understanding,improvement of management system and integration of high-quality social resources,the study explores an optimization path to improve after-school service quality in M City and meet the multi-level development needs of students. |
