| In July 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage, which clearly pointed out that it is a very meaningful task and a very important task to continuously improve school after-school services and promote "5+2" after-school services("after-school services")nationwide. As an important measure of the national "double reduction" policy, sports extracurricular services can not only effectively alleviate the heavy academic pressure of primary and secondary school students and the socio-economic pressure of parents, meet the diversified learning needs of students, but also reflect the concept of "education for the people".However, since the school’s after-school service is still in the initial exploration stage, and the difficulty of implementing it in schools in different regions is not the same,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth investigation of the current implementation of school physical education after-school services, find out the problems in the implementation process, and then carry out more optimization and improvement of physical education after-school services. In Kunming,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 1,580 parents,33 teachers and related personnel using the questionnaire survey method, and investigated the impact of family status on physical education after-school services, parents’ awareness and participation, the implementation of physical education after-school services(implementation methods, implementation time and frequency, charging standards for implementation projects, teacher composition, organizational form and scale, hardware facilities, implementation effects, etc.),and the overall situation of physical education after-school services. The survey results show that the difference in demographic factors of family situation does not have a significant impact on physical education after-school services, and primary school physical education after-school services can indeed alleviate the problem of pick-up and drop-off for some parents, but parents do not have a clear understanding of all aspects of physical education after-school services, and there are some problems to be solved in the implementation process, mainly manifested in: parents’ unclear understanding of participating in physical education after-school services, imperfect school after-school service system for schools to carry out physical education, insufficient teachers, unclear teacher management,The organizational form is not standardized, the purpose of the organization is not clear, the sports facilities are scarce, the service venues are single, the regional fee system is chaotic, and there is a lack of unified management system. On this basis, this study puts forward optimization countermeasures from the aspects of improving the "school+ parent committee" model to achieve home-school collaborative education, improving the management system of after-school service teachers, implementing hierarchical organization to meet the needs of different groups, increasing investment, further improving venue facilities, actively using various public voluntary teaching, strengthening financial support for physical education after-school services, expanding funding channels, etc.,hoping to further improve the quality of primary school physical education after-school services, and promote primary school physical education after-school services towards high-quality,sustainable,Standardized development. |
