On July 24,2021,The State Council issued the "double reduction" policy,which put forward two requirements:first,to reduce the homework burden of students;Second,ease the burden of off-campus training for students.Although the "double reduction"policy emphasizes two kinds of burden reduction,it needs to be combined with an addition "improving the quality and efficiency of the classroom" to promote its implementation.As an important subject to carry out the whole stage of compulsory education,it is necessary to realize the high efficiency of junior middle school mathematics classroom under the background of "double minus".Based on the above background,in order to understand the implementation status of the "double reduction"policy in junior middle school mathematics classroom,this paper proposes an efficient"6+1" teaching model reform plan to contribute to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of mathematics classroom and conducts practical research.Firstly,through questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the "double reduction" policy in junior middle school mathematics classroom and learns that junior middle school mathematics teachers and junior middle school students have demands for improving learning interest in teaching mode,emphasizing cooperation and communication,and reducing teaching pressure.Based on this investigation,through the relevant literature reading,theoretically analyzed the applicability and advantages of the efficient "6+1" teaching model in the middle school mathematics classroom under the background of "double reduction";Finally,the applicability and advantages of the above are verified from the perspective of practice through the control experiment.Before and after the experiment,students were given academic test papers,mathematics learning motivation questionnaire and mental health level scale.Through comparison and analysis of the data before and after the experiment,the conclusion was drawn:(1)the efficient "6+1" teaching mode improved students’ academic performance and implemented the "quality and efficiency" concept in the "double reduction" policy;(2)The "6+1" teaching mode is conducive to improving the mental health level of middle school students and enhancing their initiative in math learning.Theory and practice have proved the applicability and advantage of "6+1" teaching mode applied to junior middle school mathematics classroom.In order to further explore the practical value of efficient "6+1" teaching model,continue to carry out research in the experimental class.Through investigation and interview,we find out the specific links in the efficient "6+1" teaching model to achieve high classroom efficiency and put forward five suggestions to modify the existing problems.Let the efficient"6+1" teaching mode be better applied to the middle school mathematics classroom,actively respond to the "double reduction" policy on the "quality and efficiency" of the classroom requirements,provide a new effective program for the high efficiency of the middle school mathematics classroom teaching.
