Talent is the basis of a rich country,a great plan for the country,talent is the first resource,the new era of the new journey we must deeply implement the strategy of science and education,talent and innovation-driven development strategy,strengthen the modernization of talent support.The new era of Hainan free trade port has been given a new mission,Hainan in the national reform and opening up the overall situation of the status and role of further highlight.Hainan free trade port construction than at any time need talent,Hainan should make full use of all the advantages to attract talent to retain talent,play the leading role of talent,always adhere to the high quality development of talent to promote the high quality development of the economy.The new era of college students,especially Hainan college students should seize this development opportunity,shoulder the burden of building a free trade port with world influence of Chinese characteristics,and integrate their youthful struggle into the construction of Hainan free trade port.Therefore,deepening the new era college students’ identification with the construction of Hainan free trade port is related to the long-term development problem of Hainan,which affects the final realization of the goal of the construction of Hainan free trade port,and is also related to the important issue of the growth and success of the new era college students.This paper firstly,based on Marxist theory,analyzes the meaning and significance of the new era college students’ identification with the construction of Hainan free trade port by drawing on the cognitive psychology theory,the social club identity theory and the social exchange theory of related disciplines.Secondly,through the questionnaire,we analyze the overall situation of university students’ identification with the construction of Hainan free trade port from three different levels of identification: basic cognition,emotion and behavior,and on this basis,we summarize and reveal the real problems and reasons of university students’ identification with the construction of Hainan free trade port.The main problems can be attributed to some students’ incomplete basic cognition of Hainan free trade port construction,the existence of utilitarian tendency,and the disconnection between knowledge and action,and analyze the causes from three aspects: society,school and individual respectively.Finally,we propose a realistic path to enhance college students’ identification with the construction of Hainan free trade port in the new era,that is,to strengthen the publicity of the construction of Hainan free trade port,strengthen school education,and constantly strengthen the ideological leadership of college students in the construction of Hainan free trade port;to scientifically stimulate the main consciousness of college students’ identification with the construction of Hainan free trade port;to enrich campus cultural activities and expand social practice activities,and to cultivate the new era from both the university and society levels The students’ practical ability to participate in the construction of Hainan free trade port,and enhance the practice of identity.
