Research On The Cultivation Of Hainan Senior High School Students’ Awareness Of The Rule Of Law Under The Background Of Free Trade Port Construction

With the development of China’s national policy of reform and opening up,the overall plan for the construction of Hainan free trade port,as an important characteristic guidance document,provides important guidelines for the construction of Hainan free trade port,and emphasizes the importance of building a legal system of Hainan free trade port,which takes Hainan free trade port law as the core and local regulations as the main component,To create a world-class free trade port legal environment.The proposal of this scheme puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of legal builders and successors of Hainan free trade port.Meanwhile,the 2017 edition of the ideological and political curriculum standard of general high school clearly regards the sense of rule of law as one of the core of Ideological and political disciplines,emphasizing the cultivation and promotion of the awareness of the rule of law literacy of senior high school students in the ideological and political curriculum teaching.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and practical value to undertake the task of cultivating the consciousness of the rule of law of the builders and successors of Hainan free trade port.There is a close relationship between Hainan free trade port construction and the cultivation of high school students’ legal consciousness.On the one hand,the construction of Hainan free trade port requires high school students not only to master the legal knowledge of free trade port,to strengthen the concept of rule of law,to firmly believe in the rule of law,but also to actively participate in the practice of Hainan free trade port;On the other hand,the cultivation of the high school students’ consciousness of rule of law provides spiritual impetus for the construction of free trade port,which is the ideological basis of the construction of the port according to law and an important guarantee for the rule of law.Although the current high school students’ education of the rule of law has achieved some results,there are still many problems,which mainly include weak knowledge base of the rule of law,vague consciousness of the rule of law,poor practice of the rule of law and the lack of legal belief.Among them,the adverse social environment,the limitations of school education and the physical and mental development characteristics of high school students are important reasons.Therefore,it is necessary for the society to create a good environment for the rule of law,and further play the leading role of school legal education,and cultivate students’ self-restraint ability,so as to fundamentally promote the development of Hainan legal education.
