Research On The Function Of Network Ideological And Political Education For University Students In The Era Of Big Data

In contemporary society,the Internet is becoming an increasingly important part of people’s lives,especially for university students.Compared with other groups of people,the university student uses and relies on the Internet more frequently to obtain information,express opinions and express emotions.Therefore,the arrival of the era of big data brings new opportunities and challenges to the work of online ideological and political education for university students.To research on the function of network ideological and political education for college students in the era of big data,we firstly start from explaining the function of big data and the function of network ideological and political education,and sort out the positive and negative functions brought by big data technology to network ideological and political education for college students.It is emphasized that while network ideological and political education enjoys the precision,personalization and interactivity aided by big data technology,it also brings some negative functions to network ideological and political education.While affirming that data technology effectively enhances the effectiveness,accuracy and relevance of the function of network ideological and political education,it also points out that data technology brings about problems such as leakage of university students’ data,confusion of university students’ cognition,influence on the identification of college students’ socialist core values and impact on the authority of mainstream media in the development of network ideological and political education.Based on the current situation of the function of network ideological and political education of university students in the era of big data,three points of emphasis for the function of network ideological and political education are found: firstly,to focus on data identification and screening and optimize data processing and interpretation;secondly,to expand the work pattern and coordinate the whole staff to educate people together in all aspects;thirdly,to implement the responsibility system of ideological work in cyberspace and scientific evaluation mechanism as a guarantee.Finally,it explores the path of realizing the function of network ideological and political education for university students,and proposes that it needs to work together from four paths.First,to ensure the dominance of network ideological and political education through a high-quality professional teaching team;second,to achieve the effectiveness of network ideological and political education with the help of high-quality ideological and political education content;third,to promote the development of diversified ideological and political education activities through the construction of a big data wisdom platform;fourth,to guarantee the safe application of educational information data in cyberspace by improving big data laws and regulations.The era of big data has become an irresistible trend of the times,and virtual and reality are closely intertwined.Only by conforming to the requirements of the development of the times,oriented to solving realistic problems,vigorously relying on the development achievements of information technology and actively using the algorithmic advantages of big data,can network ideological and political education of university students give full play to its function and realize the goal of ideological and political education.
