| With the continuous growth of local government-funded normal university students,this special group has attracted wide attention from all walks of life,and their career happiness after entry has become a valuable research topic.Local public-funded normal graduates as the backbone of the teacher team,their career happiness not only directly related to their own work and life quality,but also affect the happy growth of students,more related to the stability of the whole teacher team.Therefore,it is of profound theoretical and practical significance to study the vocational well-being of local public-funded normal graduates.On the basis of literature analysis,293 public-funded normal graduates from J University were randomly selected as survey objects through questionnaire survey and interviews,and the status quo of career happiness of public-funded normal graduates was understood from five dimensions: teacher’s professional identity,education and teaching satisfaction,working environment comfort,interpersonal harmony,and physical and mental health.At the same time,the paper explores the differences of career happiness of public-funded normal graduates under the characteristics of different factors,explores the individual factors and environmental factors that affect the career happiness of public-funded normal graduates,and explores the reasons for the current situation of career happiness of public-funded normal graduates.The survey results show that:(1)On the whole,the career happiness of local public-funded normal graduates is at a medium level.From the perspective of each dimension,the level of professional identity,education and teaching satisfaction and interpersonal harmony is good,but the level of working environment comfort and physical and mental health is low.(2)There are significant differences in the occupational well-being of local public-funded normal graduates in marital status,teacher status,working hours and school type,but there are no significant differences in gender,age,teaching years,professional titles,monthly income,teaching period,subjects taught and school location.(3)The level of career happiness of ordinary teachers is generally higher than that of local public-funded normal graduates.The analysis shows that individual factors,professional development factors,working environment factors and social environment factors all have an impact on the career happiness of local public-funded normal graduates,among which "individual factors","professional development factors" and "working environment factors" have significant correlation with the five dimensions of career happiness of local publicfunded normal graduates.According to the above research results,the author puts forward suggestions to improve the career happiness of local public-funded normal graduates from four aspects:laying the foundation for the career happiness of local public-funded normal graduates,creating the atmosphere for the career happiness of local public-funded normal graduates,constructing the space for the career happiness of local public-funded normal graduates,and guaranteeing the right to the career happiness of local public-funded normal graduates. |
