| Jiangxi Wushu Sanda Team was established in 2002.After its establishment,it has achieved excellent results in national competitions,especially in the small field of Sanda,which once had a high technical level,but has never made a breakthrough in the other field of Sanda level.therefore,This paper selects the skills and tactics of the 2022 Jiangxi Provincial Youth Wushu Sanda Championship as the research object,Using literature data method,expert interview method and video observation method,From the perspective of technical and tactical application,the specific use frequency,proportion and success rate of technology,tactics and techniques in the competition,At the same time,combined with the characteristics of Sanda,the characteristics of Jiangxi junior athletes in the competition are summarized,Explore the rules of scoring and technology application of Jiangxi junior athletes in the competition;At the same time,from the perspective of how technology applies in tactics,Discuss the adaptability and rationality of technology and tactics of junior athletes in Jiangxi Province,Try to dig out the advantages and deficiencies of Jiangxi Province junior athletes in the use of skills and tactics,It provides the theoretical basis and practical basis for improving the training methods and means of junior athletes in the future.The results show that:(1)the application of single technology in Jiangxi province is 50.42%,the proportion of combined technology accounts for 49.57%,and the success rate and score rate of combined technology are 9.82% and 19.49% higher than that of single technology.(2)Small athletes of Jiangxi Province used the most times of counterattack tactics,accounting for 49.29%;the success rate of attack tactics reached 39.69%,but the lowest proportion was 9.29%;the success rate of direct attack tactics was only 18.75%,and the application rate reached 30.63%.(3)The combined application of counterattack whip and counterattack punch leg in Jiangxi Province accounted for 31.22% and 24.13% respectively,and the success rate was27.92% and 35.12% respectively,while the success rate of counterattack catch and feint leg fall was 45.83% and 75% respectively,and the application rate was only3.37% and 1.03%.(4)The difference between technology and tactics in the one to three games in Jiangxi Province is gradually narrowing,and the technical application is biased to the combination of whip leg,fist leg and leg fall,while the tactical application is more dependent on counterattack tactics.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The application of combined technology is slightly less in Jiangxi Province,and the success rate and scoring rate of combined technology are higher than that of single technology;however,there are some differences in the application of winning technology in tactics,and the proportion and success rate of combined technology are higher than those of single technology.(2)The tactical application of junior athletes in Jiangxi Province is unbalanced and relies on counterattack tactics;meanwhile,the low success rate of the application of individual tactics.(3)The skills and tactics of the junior players in Jiangxi province are unbalanced,and their scoring ability is limited.Victory athletes in technology in tactical athletes in technology and tactical compatibility is higher,the connection between technology is relatively smooth,insufficient performance in offensive and defensive conversion is too slow,part of the technology to use tactical intention is too obvious,covering the negative athletes at the same time,the correlation of technology,technology use flexibility and tactics use time still has larger defects.(4)Convergence of technical and tactical application of junior athletes in Jiangxi Province.With the increase of winning and losing games,the difference between technique and tactics is gradually narrowing,and the choice of technique and tactics between both players is similar. |
