In July 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council printed and distributed the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-school Training for Students in the Stage of Compulsory Education,pointing out that reducing and improving the quality of school work is the fundamental policy.Schools should improve after-school service level,classroom quality,homework management level,and promote the all-round development of students.The "double reduction" policy in the scientific use of spare time and improve the quality of after-school services are pointed out that diversification of reading activities,reflecting the importance of reading.On the basis of the 2011 edition,the Curriculum Standards for Chinese in Compulsory Education(2022 edition)include the reading of the whole book into the extended learning task group.Prior to this,the Curriculum Standards for Chinese in Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 edition)have listed the reading and discussion of the whole book as the first of the 18 task groups,thus showing the importance of the reading of the whole book in language teaching.On this basis,the "double subtraction" background of junior high school Chinese reading teaching book is of great significance.Based on the policy of "Double Reductions",this study takes S Middle School in N city as the object of investigation,mainly by questionnaire survey,supplemented by interview and teaching practice.Based on the analysis of attribution,the author studies the teaching strategy of Chinese reading in junior high school under the background of "Double Reductions" from the policy of "Double Reductions","Whole Book Reading Teaching","Constructivism Theory" and "Recent Development Area Theory".Family,parents to participate in the "double subtraction" background students read the whole book.Teachers should strengthen the process guidance of the whole book reading teaching under the background of "double reduction",and carry out the whole book teaching planning before class.Teachers should enhance the consciousness of homework design,improve the quality of homework by diversifying homework design,and exert the functions of homework diagnosis,consolidation and learning analysis.Through the diversification of evaluation methods and evaluation subjects,the guiding role of the whole book reading teaching evaluation under the background of "double reduction" can be played.Through the above discussion,the purpose is to draw attention to the whole book reading teaching under the background of "Double Subtraction",thus promoting the effective implementation of the whole book reading teaching.
