Research On The Supply Of Public Sports Service And Development Strategy Of Urban Sports Park

With the accelerating urbanization process in China,sports space in cities has gradually become an important place for residents to relax and the fever of "national fitness" has been rising,and the construction of urban sports parks is an important issue for the public service system of national fitness.The National Fitness Plan Outline(2016-2020)for the first time proposed the planning and construction of a number of comprehensive sports parks,and in 2021,the National Development and Reform Commission and the General Administration of Sports mentioned in the Guidance on Promoting the Construction of Sports Parks to guide the construction of sports parks around the country.While the number of public sports venues grows,more attention needs to be paid to how to accelerate the quality and efficiency of public sports service supply.This paper takes the supply of public sports services in urban sports parks as the research theme,and based on the actual situation,the existing irregularities in the quality of public sports services in Taiyuan’s sports parks as the research problem.This study obtains the most realistic service situation through empirical evidence and field research,and composes the content with the existing literature.On the one hand,the problem output is used to determine the development strategy and provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of public sports supply services in urban sports parks and related policies;on the other hand,the service index analysis is used to identify the priority order and content for improvement and propose targeted development strategies to improve the level of public sports service supply in sports parks.This study was conducted by collecting relevant literature,field observation,preparing questionnaires and interviews as research methods.Firstly,nine sports parks in Taiyuan city were selected as the research objects,and the evaluation indexes of public sports service supply quality of sports parks were formulated by field visits,interview method and Delphi method,and five primary indexes and 19 secondary indexes were constructed.Secondly,a questionnaire was designed with reference to the evaluation indexes,and the recovered data were analyzed by Spss software,and the IPA analysis method was applied to analyze the quality of public sports services in Taiyuan sports parks,and an IPA analysis diagram was drawn to identify the indexes in the fourth quadrant.The results of the study show that the mean value of satisfaction with the supply situation of the public is 3.63,which indicates that the public sports services in Taiyuan Sports Park are in good condition in terms of supply.According to the IPA analysis method,the key indicators for improvement are the maintenance of venue equipment,the service efficiency of sports instructors,the convenience of accessing instructional services,the ability of sports instructors to respond to emergencies,the quality of hosting sports events,the scale of hosting sports events,the convenience of accessing sports information,and the quality level of organizing sports activities in sports parks.And the following problems exist in the supply of public sports services in Taiyuan sports parks:firstly,the facilities are not well configured and old.Second,poor site hygiene and the presence of occupancy,lack of construction standards,and inadequate maintenance of equipment.Third,the uneven distribution and professionalism of instructors and the single content of sports guidance services.Fourth,the frequency of tournament hosting is low and government underwriting restricts development.Fifth,sports information supply service content is single and lack of new publicity channels.Sixth,the quality level of sports activities is low and the professional level of organization members is low.Based on this,the following recommendations are made: First,strengthen the maintenance and repair of venues and equipment,and improve the satisfaction of sports facilities configuration.Second,strengthen the construction of sports guidance teams and diversify the development of guidance services.Third,actively undertake park sports events,event diversification.Fourth,enrich the supply of information content,develop new ways of supplying information.Fifth,improve the professional level of the organization and the quality of services,and promote the improvement of the overall service quality of sports parks.
