Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Present Situation Of Public Sports Service Supply In Dianchi Wetland Park

With the improvement of people's living standard,it is an important way to make recreational sports activities in Wetland park.This thesis takes the present situation of the public sports service supply in Dianchi Wetland park as the research object,selecting five Wetland parks such as Haigeng,Dounan,Fishing river and so on,investigating the supply of public sports service in Wetland park and the situation of tourists and park managers,and understanding the satisfaction and demand of tourists to the public sports service of Wetland park.According to the basic investigation,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the supply of public supports in Wetland parks,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for effective supply.The conclusions are as follows:1.Through the investigation of tourists' participation in sports,it is found that the demand is not high for public sports service in Wetland park.Very few tourists intends to take part in physical exercise in Wetland park,which indicates that the awareness of national fitness of tourists is still inadequate,and the wetland parks should be strengthened on propagandizing and guiding.Moreover,most tourists choose to take physical exercise on the ground in public stadiums such as slow runways,cycling lanes and fitness trails;the time is also reasonable for tourists to participate in physical exercise,in the majority of 31-60mins;the number of times per month of participation in physical exercise accounts for a high proportion;in sports consumption,the cost is below 100 yuan.2.The government is the main supply of public sports service in Wetland park.The wetland parks are gradually strengthening the construction of public infrastructure and sports venues,and the supply of public sports venues can basically meet the demands of tourists.But the supply of other services is seriously insufficient,such as the public sports information service,the public sports activity service,the physical fitness guidance,the sports operation management service,the sports cultural construction and so on.In addition,the public sports service system ofDianchi Wetland park has not been preliminarily established,and the source of funds is facing the many problems,such as the single fund supply subject and lack of source channels.3.By analyzing the satisfaction and demand of tourists public sports service,it is found that the highest degree of tourists satisfaction is the service of sports facilities,and the highest demand for sports management service.The average of satisfaction of women was slightly higher than that of men,while the demand of males was slightly higher than that of females.The 19-30 years old population was significantly different from other age groups in both satisfaction and demand dimensions.No matter the people who are in the level of higher income or education are the lower the satisfaction of public sports services and the higher the demand level.Students' satisfaction was significantly higher than that of other occupations,and the demand of private individuals was significantly higher than that of other professional groups.4.There are some problems in the supply of public sports service in Wetland park,such as the lack of supply standard,imperfect supply content,the relatively unitary supplier,and the idea of "people-oriented" should be further promoted.Moreover,the Wetland park needs to further improve the public infrastructure and sports venues,such as the construction of hardware conditions,and further increase the sports information,sports counseling the guidance,health promotion and other soft services investment.It should continue to implement the concept of servicing tourists and promote the diversification of the supply.
