As the important subject of teaching,teachers’ personal quality plays a decisive role in the quality of teaching.As a prominent component of teachers’ personal quality,teachers’ belief will affect teachers’ choice of teaching behavior mode,and then affect the quality of teaching effect.Moreover,the implementation of any educational reform needs the support and understanding of teachers.Only by transforming the external teaching requirements into the internal beliefs of teachers,can teachers put the requirements of educational reform into practice.But so far,most existing researches on teacher belief system are about the relationship between teachers’ belief system and teachers’ teaching behavior,or are aimed at a specific belief in teachers’belief.Therefore,this study proposes to examine teachers’ belief system as a whole system from the perspective of ecology of education,and tries to answer the following questions:Theoretically,what should a complete teachers’ belief system be?What is the relationship within the teachers’belief system?Are there contradictions and opposites within the teachers’ belief system and what are the specific forms of contradictions and opposites?In practice,how to construct teachers’belief system from the perspective of ecology of education?To answer these questions,this study mainly does the following work:First of all,this study explains the internal logical relationship between the ecology of education and the teacher’s belief system,and illustrates the necessity and possibility of studying the teachers’ belief system from the perspective of ecology of education,and thinks of it as a research perspective to understand teachers’ belief system.On this basis,this study attempts to construct a complete morphological structure of teachers’belief system from a theoretical perspective.Secondly,in order to verify the rationality of the constructed teachers’ belief system and pave the way for its subsequent application in teachers’ teaching practice,this study selected two teachers with group representation.Based on the above theoretical framework of teachers’ belief system,by observing and comparing the belief performance in various circles of the belief system of two teachers,form the perspective of educational ecology,we can analyze the contradictions and specific patterns that exist within the existing teachers’ belief system.Finally,from the perspective of ecology of education,this study answers the question of how to construct teachers’ belief system in practice.From the perspective of ecology of education,we put the emphasis on domestic and foreign environmental influence on the formation of teachers’ belief system.Not only institution should provide help from the outside,but also the teachers need to start from the inside to change their cognition and play the role of teachers group.Teacher belief system is a complex structure,so it is of great significance to have a clear understanding of it.This study borrows the relevant theories of educational ecology to establish the basic theoretical framework of teachers’ belief system,and further considers how to implement the construction of teachers’ belief system in practice.
