| With the deepening of the new round of basic education reform and the transformation of evaluation paradigm,teachers are given more responsibilities and expectations in the field of education evaluation.Evaluation is an important link in the teaching process of teachers.As the designer and operator of evaluation activities,teachers must have professional evaluation accomplishment in order to effectively promote students’ learning and improve their teaching.Teaching efficacy is closely related to teachers’ teaching practice and work enthusiasm.It not only determines teachers’ teaching behavior and attitudes towards difficulties,but also affects teachers’ enthusiasm for the new curriculum reform.Teachers’ evaluation quality and teaching efficacy are two important concerns in the field of pedagogy and educational psychology.The research on the relationship between them has important theoretical and practical value.The author mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method,supplemented by the interview method,and takes 547 primary school mathematics teachers in Henan Province as the research object.On the one hand,the author discusses the overall situation and differences of evaluation literacy and teaching efficacy of primary school mathematics teachers,and on the other hand,discusses the correlation between evaluation literacy and teaching efficacy of primary school mathematics teachers.Through descriptive statistics,T test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods,the author draws the following conclusions:1.The evaluation literacy of primary school mathematics teachers is at a medium level on the whole,but it still needs to be improved;The development of each dimension of the internal structure of evaluation literacy of primary school mathematics teachers is not balanced.Primary school mathematics teachers pay more attention to knowledge than to skills;Some elementary school mathematics teachers’ evaluation consciousness is weak and evaluation attitude is not correct enough.2.The teaching efficacy of primary school mathematics teachers is at a medium level on the whole,but there is a big difference;The personal teaching efficacy of primary school mathematics teachers is higher than the general educational efficacy.3.There are significant differences in the evaluation knowledge of primary school mathematics teachers in terms of educational background,professional title,establishment and school location.There are significant differences in the evaluation attitudes of primary school mathematics teachers in terms of educational background,teaching experience and school location.4.There are significant differences in the overall teaching efficacy of primary school mathematics teachers in terms of educational background,establishment and school location.In the dimension of personal teaching efficacy,there are significant differences in educational background,teaching years and school location.In the dimension of general educational efficacy,there are significant differences in gender,teaching age,professional title,establishment and school location.5.There is a significant positive correlation between evaluation literacy and teaching efficacy of primary school mathematics teachers,and evaluation literacy has a positive predictive effect on teaching efficacy,that is,the higher the evaluation literacy of primary school mathematics teachers,the higher their teaching efficacy will be.The improvement of evaluation literacy of primary school mathematics teachers should be carried out from the following aspects.The administrative department of education should strengthen the top-level design of evaluation literacy development of primary school mathematics teachers and integrate all kinds of resources.Strengthen the evaluation literacy structure of primary school mathematics teachers,coordinate the common development of all elements.In the training,we should pay attention to the group differences of primary school mathematics teachers and train them in different levels.Teachers should make efforts to enhance the awareness and skills of evaluation.To improve the teaching efficacy of primary school mathematics teachers,we should pay attention to the teaching efficacy of rural primary school mathematics teachers and enhance the effectiveness of the induction education for new teachers. |
