| Promoting the development of children’s creative thinking can help children change their inherent thinking and stimulate the formation of children’s innovative consciousness,thus contributing to the cultivation of innovative talents.Constructive play is a favorite activity in children’s daily life.Research at home and abroad shows that constructive play plays a positive role in promoting the development of children’s creative thinking.The early childhood stage is the key period of thinking development,and it is also crucial for teachers to give children adequate support strategies in the construction game.Therefore,how can teachers more effectively promote the development of children’s creative thinking in the construction game,and explore the teacher support strategy to promote the development of children’s creative thinking.First of all,through the field observation of the construction game in the senior class of L kindergarten and communication with the class teachers,we understand the development status of children’s creative thinking in the construction game.Secondly,analyze the reasons according to the current situation.Thirdly,this study selected 10 children in the first class of L Kindergarten in Qingzhou City as the research objects to carry out three rounds of three-month action research.Moreover,according to the action research model of the four stages of planning,action,observation and reflection as the basic process,the author constantly reflected on and improved the implemented teacher support strategy in the three rounds of action research,so as to promote the development of the fluency,flexibility,originality and refinement of creative thinking of children in large classes.Through action research,this paper summarizes teacher support strategies to promote the development of children’s creative thinking from the following four aspects: First,context support: create diversified game situations and encourage children to create and extend situations independently.Context support promotes the flexibility of children’s creative thinking.Second,environmental support: expand the construction space and create a loose and open construction atmosphere;Make full use of the theme wall and construction area wall creation.The environment supports the flexibility and originality of children’s creative thinking.Third,material support:diversified low structure materials;Purposefully release and update materials in advance.Sort,arrange and place construction materials;Promote home cooperation and collect various types of low-structure materials.Material support promotes the fluency,originality and refinement of children’s creative thinking.Fourth,guidance and support: good observation,timely record,timely intervention and guidance;Respect individual differences and multiple evaluation methods.Guide and support to promote the flexibility,originality and refinement of children’s creative thinking.Therefore,in the construction of games,teachers should start from four supporting strategies: situational support,environmental support,material support and guidance support,so as to effectively promote the development of children’s creative thinking. |
