A Study On The Educational Strategy Of Hidden Dropouts In A Primary School In G County,Yunnan Province

The key content of education work in a township of G County,Yunnan Province is to control dropouts and reduce the phenomenon of dropouts and hidden dropouts among students in minority areas.In recent years,the central school of a township in G County has adhered to the strategic measures of giving priority to the development of education,paid close attention to the work of controlling dropout from various aspects,and achieved excellent results in controlling dropout.Many students who dropped out of compulsory education and hidden dropouts were able to return to school to receive education.Taking a township in G County,Yunnan Province as an example,the author conducted a case study on the hidden dropout of primary school students within the jurisdiction.By analyzing the occurrence process of student dropout and hidden dropout events,the author explored the causes of hidden dropout of minority primary school students and proposed dropout control strategies.In this study,five ethnic minority recessive drop-out primary school students as the research object,understand the basic situation of their diet,analyze the causes of ethnic minority primary school students drop out,explore the prevention mechanism and measures of ethnic minority primary school students drop out,in order to reduce the occurrence of ethnic primary school recessive drop-out cases.In the research,the author uses literature method,interview method,observation method,survey method as the research method,design a good research program,to carry out a comprehensive analysis and research on the process of hidden dropout students’ dropout behavior.In the study,it is found that the main reasons for the hidden dropout of ethnic minority students are parents’ failure of supervision,students’ addiction to the Internet,the low efficiency of school dropout insurance,and parents’ and students’ bad thoughts of early marriage and early pregnancy.Under the influence of various factors of students’ individual,family,school and society,many students have taken the road of dropping out.In the education of hidden dropout students,this paper puts forward that prevention is the first step to reduce the dropout problem of primary school students,in the school management to establish a sound management system of hidden dropout students,focusing on left-behind children and other special children,in accordance with the national regulations to organize students to enroll on time;Improve the education mechanism of hidden drop-out students,enrich the school education and teaching activities,provide personalized guidance and education for hidden drop-out students;Adhere to the positive education mechanism of hidden dropouts,guide students to take the initiative to realize the harm of early marriage and early pregnancy,and integrate the idea of dropout control into the teaching of all disciplines.When students’ dropout behavior and tendency worsen,schools need to arrange special personnel to take charge,establish good dropout files,and implement the "four-step method" of controlling dropout according to law and regulations.When students are indeed unable to return to school,they should also care about the students who have dropped out and provide them with good compensation education in a planned way.At the end of the article,this study points out that the control of dropout phenomenon is not only a matter for schools,but also negligible by schools.Only with the participation of the whole society,the establishment and improvement of the school drop-out cooperation mechanism by integrating various forces,and gradually creating an atmosphere of respecting teachers and education in minority areas,can the phenomenon of primary school dropouts be gone forever.
